«Պատրոն Դավո»-ին Փաշինյանի քմահաճույքի պատանդ են պահում․ իշխանության նոր ապօրինությունները

Զենքի մատակարար, «Պատրոն Դավո» մականունով Դավիթ Գալստյանի, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի և այլ բարձրաստիճան զինվորականների դատաքննությունը երեկ վերջապես մեկնարկեց, ինչպես և սպասելի էր իշխանական հերթական ապօրինությունների ուղեկցությամբ։ Դավիթ Գալստյանին և մյուսներին, տպավորություն է, թե ինչ-որ մեկի քմահաճույքի պատանդ են պահում, փորձում են Լինչի դատաստանի ենթարկել զուտ մեկ պատճառով, որ այդ անձինք չեն ցանկացել քավության նոխազ դառնալ գործող իշխանությունների համար։ Թեև փաստաբանները պահանջել էին դռնբաց դատական նիստում քննել գործը, դատավոր Մանվել Շահվերդյանն առաջին իսկ նիստում որոշում է կայացրել քննությունն իրականացնել դռնփակ։ Դատավորին այդ ապօրինությունների հարցում աջակցում են դատախազները, որոնք որևէ ողջամիտ ապացույց չեն ներկայացրել «Պատրոն Դավո»-ի մեղավորության վերաբերյալ։

Դատախազության ներկայացուցիչները երեկ անհեթեթ պատճառաբանություն են ներկայացրել, թե ինչու այդպես էլ փորձաքննության չեն ենթարկել հրթիռները։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Դավիթ Գալստյանին և մյուսներին մեղադրում են 4232 հատ անորակ և ժամկետանց հրթիռներ գնելու, պետությանը 4,6 միլիոն դոլարի վնաս հասցնելու մեջ։ Գալստյանի փաստաբանները հերքում են հրթիռների անորակ լինելու հանգամանքը, բազմիցս փորձաքննություն են պահանջել, իսկ նախաքննական մարմինը հրաժարվել է փորձաքննել։ Դատախազությունից էլ պատճառաբանել են, թե հրթիռները չեն փորձաքննում, քանի որ դրանք կարող են պայթել։

Դավիթ Գալստյանի փաստաբան Արմեն Հարությունյանի խոսքով՝ այդ հրթիռներն անգամ փորձաքննության չեն ենթարկվել, չեն կրակվել. «Փորձնական կրակում կարող է կատարվել տարբեր եղանակներով, ընդ որում մենք, իհարկե, շատ մասնագետների հետ ենք խոսել: Այդ փորձարկումը կարող է նույնիսկ կատարվի առանց համապատասխան տեխնիկան օդ բարձրացնելու, այսինքն` այսօր ինքնաթիռ կամ ուղղաթիռ պարտադիր չի օդ բարձրացնել, որ փորձարկում անեն, կամ համապատասխան մեխանիզմներ, որոնք հնարավորություն են տալիս նաև, օրինակ, հենց տեղում` գետնի վրա այդ փորձարկումը իրականացնել»:

Դատական նիստը երեկ հետաձգվել է, քանի որ փաստաբանները ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել դատավորին։ Իսկ ընդհանուր տպավորությամբ, գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, և նրանց կամակատար իրավապահ և դատական համակարգն ամեն ինչ անում են, որպեսզի «Պատրոն Դավո»-ին շարունակեն պահել անազատության մեջ, հանրությունից էլ թաքցնեն այս գործի սնանկությունը։ Վարչախումբն իր համար «մեղավորներ» է նշանակել, թեև իշխանականներն էլ հասկանում, որ անհնարին է լինելու գործ սարքել պինդ և սկզբունքային մարդկանց դեմ։
