Սահմանազատման հարցում հայկական կողմը նախապայմաններ չունի. ԱԳՆ
POLITICSՀայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունն արձագանքել է Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի այն հայտարարությանը, թե Բաքվի համար անընդունելի են Երևանի նախապայմանները սահմանազատումը սկսելու հարցում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցին ի պատասխան՝ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Վահան Հունանյանն ընդգծել է, որ Սահմանազատման հարցում հայկական կողմը նախապայմաններ չունի, խոսքը պայմանավորվածությունների մասին է:
Հարց. Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովը, արձագանքելով սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման գործընթացի հետ կապված Հայաստանի Հանրապետության առաջարկներին, հայտարարել է, որ Բաքվի համար անընդունելի են Երևանի նախապայմանները՝ սահմանազատումը սկսելու հարցում: Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք այս հայտարարությունը:
Պատասխան. Կարծում եմ՝ հարցի վերաբերյալ որոշակի թյուրըմբռնում կա: Սահմանազատման հարցում հայկական կողմը նախապայմաններ չունի: Խոսքը պայմանավորվածությունների մասին է: Նոյեմբերի 26-ին Սոչիում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի, Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահների կողմից ընդունված եռակողմ հայտարարության մեջ նշված է, որ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են «քայլեր ձեռնարկել ադրբեջանահայկական սահմանին անվտանգության և կայունության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու ուղղությամբ և գործը տանել դեպի սահմանազատման և սահմանագծման երկկողմ հանձնաժողովի ձևավորում»: Այս պայմանավորվածությունը վերահաստատվել և զորքերի հետքաշման գործընթաց սկսելու մասին պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել դեկտեմբերի 14-ին Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահի միջնորդությամբ Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների՝ Բրյուսելում տեղի ունեցած եռակողմ հանդիպման ընթացքում: Ըստ այդմ, հայկական կողմի առաջարկները ոչ թե նախապայմանների, այլ ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կոչելու մասին են: Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը կարծում է, որ օր առաջ պետք է սկսել սահմանազատման գործընթացը՝ համաձայն վերը նշված պայմանավորվածությունների:
