«Հրապարակ».Փաշինյանը ծրագրում է զբաղեցնել ՀՀ նախագահի պաշտոնը

Դեկտեմբերի 18-ին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ, մեկնարկեց սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների խորհրդի ձեւավորման գործընթացը: Նախորդ խորհուրդը չեղարկվեց, նոր խորհրդի նախագահն արդարադատության նախարար Կարեն Անդրեասյանն է, անդամներն են ՄԻԵԴ-ում ՀՀ ներկայացուցիչը, ԱԺ պետաիրավական հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահը, ՄԻՊ-ը, ԱԺ խմբակցություններից մեկական անդամ, ներկայացուցիչ ԲԴԽ-ից, առնվազն 2 անգամ ընտրություններին մասնակցած արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները։ Ընտրվել են Էդմոն Մարուքյանը եւ Արամ Զավենիչի «Հանրապետությունից» մեկը։ Եվս երեքը քաղհասարակությունից են՝ Արթուր Սաքունցը, Դանիել Իոաննիսյանը, Տիգրան Եգորյանը։ Առաջիկա օրերին խորհրդի կազմը կհաստատվի վարչապետի կողմից, ապա խորհուրդը կձեւավորի 5 գիտնական մասնագետներից կազմված հանձնաժողով, որը կմշակի սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը։
Շուրջ մեկ տարի առաջ՝ այսպես կոչված, «ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձի» օրերին, սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների անհրաժեշտության մասին խոսելիս Փաշինյանը չէր բացառել կիսանախագահական համակարգին անցնելու հնարավորությունը, սակայն տարեվերջին հակառակ կարծիքը հայտնեց, թե կողմ է խորհրդարանական կառավարմանը։ Թե այս իրարամերժ հայտարարությունների մեջ ինչպես են կողմնորոշվելու խորհուրդն ու հանձնաժողովը, չգիտենք, սակայն տարեսկզբին Փաշինյանն իր քաղաքական թիմին հրահանգել է ռեսթարթի ենթարկել տարածքային կառույցները եւ պատրաստվել սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի, որպեսզի փոխեն կառավարման մոդելը՝ անցնեն կիսանախագահական համակարգին, որտեղ ուժայինները դարձյալ կանցնեն նախագահի վերահսկողության տակ։ Ակնհայտ է, որ Փաշինյանը ծրագրում է զբաղեցնել ՀՀ նախագահի պաշտոնը։
