ParliamentMonitoring.am-ի հարցազրույցը ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության ղեկավար, «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Արթուր Վանեցյանի հետ։
-Տեսանք, որ փողոցային պայքարը չստացվեց։
-Մենք՝ «Պատիվ ունեմ» և «Հայաստան» խմբակցությունում ներկայացված կուսակցությունները, մշտապես լինում ենք մարզերում, հանդիպումներ ենք ունենում Երևանում, հանդիպում են հասարակության մեջ հեղինակություն ունեցող մարդկանց հետ։ Հավաստիացնում եմ, որ գրեթե 90- 95 տոկոսը դժգոհ է գործող իշխանությունից, բայց մի կարևոր հանգամանք կա․այդ մարդկանց ոչ մեծ զանգվածն է սատարում այսօրվա ընդդիմությանը։
-Ինչո՞ւ, ունե՞ք այդ հարցի պատասխանը։
-Այս հարցի պատասխանը կարող ենք տալ մի քանի տեսանկյունից։ Օրինակ, այն, որ ընդդիմությունը չի կարողանում հանրությանն էֆեկտիվ ներկայացնել իր անելիքն ու ասելիքը։
-Գուցե խնդիրը ընդդիմության առաջնորդներն են։
-Հնարավոր է, որ հանրությունը խնդիր ունի ընդդիմության առաջնորդների հետ, չեն վստահում, չեն սիրում։ 21-րդ դարում սոցիալական ցանցերում ճիշտ տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման դեպքում հնարավոր է հանրության սերը կամ ատելությունը գեներացնել։ 2019-ի սեպտեմբերին, երբ ես հրաժարական ներկայացրի, բոլոր հարցումներով ունեի ամենաբարձր վարկանիշը։ Հետո, չանդրադառնալով իմ հրաժարականի իրական պատճառներին, իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան լծվեց ինձ «սևացնելու» գործին։ Բազմաթիվ հոդվածներ տպագրվեցին, ընդ որում՝ որևէ փաստ այդ հոդվածներում չապացուցվեց, և հիմա՝ երկու տարի անց, դատարանները սկսել են վճիռներ կայացնել՝ պարտավորեցնելով հերքել իմ մասին գրվածը։ Դրա համար պետք է ամեն օր դուրս գալ փողոց, գնալ բուհեր, քաղաքներ, շփվել մարդկանց հետ։ Եվ շփումն էլ բարդ է, քանի որ մարդիկ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության քարոզչության տակ մնացած ինչ-որ բաներից են խոսում, որոնք իրականության հետ կապ չունեն։ Ընդդիմությունը, ես մեր մասին եմ ասում, այդքան ֆինանսական ռեսուրս չունի, որ կարողանա նույն քանակությամբ կամ հինգ անգամ ավելի գումար ծախսել ու այլ բան ասել հանրությանը։ Մեր «զենքը» մեկն է՝ շփվել մարդկանց հետ և բացատրել, թե ինչ է կատարվում։
