Պավել Սաֆարյանը պարզաբանեց կառավարության կողմից ԿԲ-ի վնասի փոխհատուցումը

ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի և վերջինիս դուստր ընկերությունների 2014 թվականի ֆինանսական տարվա գործունեության արդյունքում առաջացած համախմբված շահույթը կազմել է 31 մլրդ դրամ, որի 80 տոկոսն ուղղվել է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից թողարկված և ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի կապիտալում ներդրված անտոկոս ցպահանջ գանձապետական հասարակ մուրհակի մարմանը: Այդ մասի ն որոշման նախագիծը հաստատվեց կառավարության դեկտեմբերի 24-ի նիստում:
Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Պավել Սաֆարյանը նշեց, որ նախորդ տարվա արդյունքներով ԿԲ-ում վնասը կազմում է 106 մլրդ դրամ, ինչը պակասեցվում է 31 մլրդ դրամ ստացած շահույթով: Հարցին՝ ինչու է ԿԲ-ն վնասով աշխատել, Պավել Սաֆարյանը նշեց, որ վնասի չափը կուտակվել է երկար տարիների ընթացքում՝ սկսած 2000-ականների սկզբից:
«Յուրաքանչյուր տարի մասնագիտական պատճառներ են եղել, ես չեմ կարծում, որ երկու-երեք րոպեի ընթացքում ձեզ բավարարող պատասխան կարող եմ տալ: Եթե ԿԲ-ի եկամուտները չեն փակում սահմանված ծախսերը, այսինքն՝ եկամուտները պակաս են լինում, կառավարությունը պարտավորվում է այդ տարբերությունը փոխհատուցել: Դա սահմանված է օրենքով»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց նա:
