INTERNATIONAL NEWSՍպիտակ տունը հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է «ցանկացած պահի հարձակվել» Ուկրաինայի վրա՝ ամերիկացի եւ ռուս բարձրաստիճան դիվանագետների հանդիպումից առաջ բարձրացնելով սպառնալիքի իր գնահատականը, հաղորդում է AFP-ն:
«Այժմ մենք գտնվում ենք մի փուլում, երբ Ռուսաստանը կարող է ցանկացած պահի հարձակում սկսել Ուկրաինայի վրա»,- լրագրողներին ասել է Սպիտակ տան մամուլի քարտուղար Ջեն Փսակին։
Նրա մեկնաբանությունները հնչել են պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենի եւ Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի ուրբաթ օրը Ժնեւում կայանալիք հանդիպման նախաշեմին:
ԱՄՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը անանուն մնալու պայմանով ասել է, որ Բլինքենի նպատակն է տեսնել «կա արդյոք դիվանագիտական ելք» եւ «շփման կետ», որտեղ Ռուսաստանին կարելի է համոզել «հրաժարվել» Ուկրաինայից:
Ըստ Փսակիի, եթե նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը «որոշի ներխուժել Ուկրաինա, դա լուրջ տնտեսական հետեւանքներ կունենա»։ «Բոլոր տարբերակները դիտարկվում են»,- նշել է նա՝ զգուշացնելով «չափազանց վտանգավոր իրավիճակի» մասին։ Փսակին ասել է, որ «նախագահ Պուտինն է ստեղծել այս ճգնաժամը»։
«Դեպի առաջ դիվանագիտական ճանապարհ կա։ Մենք, իհարկե, հուսով ենք, որ նրանք կընտրեն այդ ճանապարհը։ Մեկ այլ ճանապարհ էլ կա։ Ռուսները պետք է որոշեն, թե որ ճանապարհն են պատրաստվում ընտրել, եւ հետեւանքները ծանր կլինեն, եթե չընտրեն դիվանագիտական ճանապարհը»,- ասել է նա։
Փսակին ընդգծել է, որ դա կարող է ներառել «Հյուսիսային հոսք 2» գազատարի շինարարության դադարեցումը։ «Մենք դեռ հավատում ենք, որ «Հյուսիսային հոսք 2» գազատարի փակումը հուսալի փաստարկ է Ռուսաստանի համար»,- ասել է Փսակին:
ԱՄՆ-ի ներկայացուցիչն ասել է, որ Բլինքենը համաձայնել է Լավրովի հետ հեռախոսով բանակցել, սակայն նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը, հնարավոր է, շահագրգռված չէ դիվանագիտական լուծմամբ:
«Կարծում եմ՝ դեռ վաղ է խոսել այն մասին, թե ռուսական կառավարությունն արդյոք իսկապես շահագրգռվա՞ծ է դիվանագիտությամբ, պատրա՞ստ է լուրջ եւ բարեխիղճ բանակցությունների, թե՞ քննարկումները կօգտագործի որպես պատրվակ՝ ասելու, որ դիվանագիտությունը հաշվի չի առել Մոսկվայի շահերը»,- ասել է պաշտոնյան։
