Այս բանաձևը, հազարամյակների ընթացքում ուղեկցել է Հայաստանն ու Հայ ժողովրդին՝ ստիպելով ընտրել ստորացված վիճակում և «խաղաղ» պայմաններում առևտուր անելու և փող աշխատելու օգտին:
Փողն իհարկե աշխատել են, բայց ոչ թե ժողովուրդը, այլ խաղաղության համար պայքարող և թշնամու հետ առևտուր անելու երազանքով ապրող վաճառական հայկական էլիտան:
Արդյունքում ստացել ենք պատերազմ, հայրենազրկում, ցեղասպանություն, մորթվել, կոտորվել և արտաքսվել են հասարակ մարդիկ, իսկ վաճառական էլիտան՝ պայմանավորվելով թշնամու հետ, իր կապիտալը տեղափոխել է անվտանգ և ապահով վայր:
Վաճառական էլիտան, որպես կանոն, հրաժարվել է օժանդակել ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարին, չի ֆինանսավորել հայկական շահին ուղղված քաղաքական նախագծերը՝ գերադասելով պրագմատիկ շահերի տիրույթում պայմանավորվել օրվա օկուպանտ իշխանության հետ:
Շատ բան չի փոխվել. փողն ու կապիտալը Հայրենիք չունեն, կարևորը կապիտալի անվտանգությունն ու մշտական համալրումն է:
Այս խնդիրը պետք է լուծվի և դա պետք է լինի ապագա իշխանության առաջնահերթ ու գերակա խնդիրներից մեկը: Հայկական կապիտալը պետք է ծառայի Հայկական շահին՝ անկախ դրա ծագումից և գտնվելու վայրից . . .
