Սյունիքի մարզի Տեղ գյուղի խաղաղ բնակչին ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները հունվարի 13-ին ակնհայտ անօրինական ազատությունից զրկել ու առևանգել են, թույլ են տվել նրա արժանապատվությունը նվաստացնող վերաբերմունք (օրինակ՝ խաղաղ բնակչի աչքերն ու ձեռքերը կապել են ու մոտ 1 ժամ ճանապարհ տարել): Հայտնում է ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը։

«Խախտել են նրա սեփականության իրավունքը՝ հափշտակելով 320-350 հատ (ճշտված տվյալով) ոչխար:

Մինչև հիմա ոչինչ չեն վերադարձրել, որով մարդուն արդեն պատճառել են հոգեկան լուրջ ապրումներ, իր ընտանիքով կանգնեցրել են սոցիալական լրջագույն խնդրի առաջ:

Չպետք է մոռանանք, որ խոսքը սովորական մարդկային ճակատագրերի մասին է, տարիների քրտնաջան աշխատանքով վաստակած ապրուստ, ընտանիքի եկամուտ, անվտանգ ու արժանապատիվ ապրելու բնական իրավունք. մարդիկ ապրում են իրենց ու ընտանիքների կյանքի ու ապրուստի համար իրական անհանգստության մեջ:

Բա սա նորմա՞լ վիճակ է, կյանքի նորմալ պայմաննե՞ր են:

Բայց այս ամենը պետք է դրվի պետական քաղաքականության հիմքում, իսկ անվտանգությունը չի կարելի կտրել մարդուց:

Ադրբեջանական հանցավոր արարքների փաստերը տալիս են նրանց զինված ծառայողներին հեռացնելու իրատեսական հնարավորություն, ուղղակի պետք է արագ ու ճիշտ գործել:

Մինչև սահմանների որոշման պաշտոնական գործընթացների ավարտը ի՞նչ գործ ունեն ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողներ, որոնք հիմնովին խաթարել են մարդկանց բնականոն կյանքը:

Բայց ի՞նչ է արվում: Օրինակ՝ Տեղի բնակչի հետ կապված միջադեպով էլի շրջանառության մեջ դրվեց անթույլատրելի քաղաքական մոտեցումը, թե Տեղ համայնքի Տեղ գյուղի բնակիչն է անցել «ադրբեջանական կողմ»՝ տպավորություն ստեղծելով, թե «մեղավորը» նա է, այլ ոչ թե նրա նկատմամբ քրեորեն պատժելի արարքներ՝ հանցանքներ թույլ տված ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողները:

Էլի հղում անելով իմ հայտարարությանը՝ հրապարակային փորձ արվեց հերքել դրա ձևակերպումները՝ առանց հաշվի առնելու, որ ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հաղորդագրություններում ամեն ձևակերպում ընտրված է և ունի նպատակային նշանակություն:

Նման քաղաքական մոտեցում առաջ տանողներին պետք է հատուկ բացատրել, որ նման մեկնաբանություններով ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողներին «թևեր» են տալիս, դարձնում են ավելի սանձարձակ: Թուլացնում են մեր քաղաքացիների իրավունքների միջազգային պաշտպանությունը՝ գեներացնելով խոչընդոտող ապացույցներ: Նման մեկնաբանությունները պետք է վերանան ու վերջ:

Եվ հետո՝ ՀՀ պետական սահմանների չորոշված լինելու պայմաններում ի՞նչ «ադրբեջանական կողմի» կամ տարածքի մասին է խոսքը: Կամ խաղաղ բնակիչները ինչու՞ պետք է այս քաղաքական սխալ մոտեցումների զոհը դառնան:

Հ.Գ. Տեղ գյուղի բնակչի հետ երեկ անձամբ խոսել եմ, նրա հետ անձամբ ծանոթացել եմ Տեղ գյուղ իմ վերջին այցի ընթացքում` հայրենասեր ու ազնիվ մարդ: Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի իրավասության շրջանակում մեր կողմից նույնպես միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում նրա իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար»,-գրել է նա:
