Ուր էին սուտի գրչակները, երբ Ծառուկյանը 3 միլիոն դոլար նվիրեց բանակին, թե՞ իրենց «քաղաքական պապաները» թույլ չտվեցին, որ ասեին՝հալալա քեզ Ծառուկյան

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն այսօր հայտարարեց Հայաստանում Հիսուս Քրիստոսի արձան տեղադրելու ցանկության մասին։ Շարքային քաղաքացիները, մարդիկ ովքեր գնահատում են բարի և աստվածահաճո գործերը, կապ չունի թե դրանք, ով է նախաձեռնում, բնականաբար ողջունեցին և հաջողություն մաղթեցին այս պրոյեկտին, որը հետագայում նաև տուրզիմի զարգացման մեջ մեծ նշանակություն կունենա։ Իսկ որոշներն, ովքեր մտքով անգամ բարին գործել չեն կարող` սկսեցին ավել պակաս խոսել՝ մեկն ասեց, որ ավելի ճիշտ կլինի, որ պաշտպանության նախարարությանը տրամադրվեր բյուջեն, մյուսն ավելացրեց, թե մշակույթի նախարարությանը պետք է տրվի, գործին անգամ խառնվեցին հոգևորականներ, որոնց ընդհանրապես պատիվ չէր բերում նման քաղաքական արշավին մասնակից դառնալը։

Հատուկ՝Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությունը քննադատող անգրագետների համար՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը պետական պաշտոնյա չէ, հետևաբար լիարժեք ազատ է անել այն ինչն արգելված չէ օրենքով` ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 39-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն։ Նաև Սահմանադրության համաձայն՝ որպես ՀՀ քաղաքացի ազատ է իր սեփականությունը տնօրինելու հարցում և բացառապես ինքն է որոշում, թե ինչ ուղղությամբ ծախսի իր մասնավոր միջոցները։ Այլ խոսքով ասած՝ այս նախաձեռնությունը որևէ աղերս չունի պետական բյուջեի հետ։ Սեփականութան իրավունք, մարդու ազատ գործելու իրավունք հասկացությունների հետ, հուսամ գոնե այսուհետ սուտի քննադատները կծանոթանան և կկարողանան տարբերակել պետական գործառույթները՝ անձի սեփական նախաձեռնություններից։

Բացի այդ, շատ լավ հիշում ենք, որ 2020 թվականին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը 3 միլիոն դոլար փոխանցեց Արցախին և բանակին, 2019 թվականին, երբ այցով մեկնել էր Արցախի Հանրապետություն, կրկին մեծ օժանդակություն ցուցաբերեց Արցախի զորամասերից մեկին։

Սրանք ընդամենը վերջին տարիների մի քանի օրինակներն են, մինչդեռ բոլորն էլ գիտեն, որ այս ծրագրերը երկար տարիների պատմություն ունեն։ Բայց, եթե մամուլով հետ գնանք այս վերջին դեպքերին ակտիվ արձագանքող «քաղաքական» շրջանակներից չես գտնի գեթ մեկ հոգի, որն ասի հալալա Ծառուկյանին, որ օգնում է բանակին և Արցախին։

Հենց այս փաստը տալիս է բոլոր հարցերի պատասխանը: Եվ ի վերջո գանք ամենագլխավորին՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը չի զբաղեցնում որևէ պետական պաշտոն, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի համար չէ, որ վերջերս հայտարարվեց, որ ձեռք է բերվելու մեկ միլիոն դոլարանոց մեքենա  կամ որևէ այլ լյուքս վոյաժներ, որոնց մենք հատկապես 2020 թվականից հետո բազմաթիվ անգամներ ականատես եղանք, որոնք իրականացվում են պետական բյուջեից և կարող էին ուղղվել Հայաստանի պաշտպանական կառույցների ամրացմանը և հզորացմանը։ Բայց, ցավոք սրտի պետական պաշտոնյաների գործունեությունը թողած որոշ պատվերով գրչակներ նյարդային ջղաձգուներ են ունենում մասնավոր անձի՝ այս դեպքում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ցանկության վերաբերյալ։ Էլ չեմ ասում, թե ուր մնացին իշխանության սրտի գործարարները և առհասարակ Հայաստանում գործունեություն իրականացնող գործարարները։ Հորդորում եմ փողով գրչականերին այդ նույն էնտուզիազմով դիմել հենց սույն գործարարներին և պահանջել, որ վերջիններս տեղներից շարժվեն և որևէ քայլ կատարեն, այդ թվում բանակի համար։ Թե՞ այդ գործարարները տաքուկ սաունաներում լռված են և միայն իրենց բիզնեսների առաջխաղացման մասին են մտածում։
