Գազի վերջնական սակագինը սպառողների համար կորոշվի թափանցիկ ընթացակարգով, կլինի քննարկում. ՏԿԵՆ
ECONOMICSԼրատվամիջոցներում տեղ են գտել մի շարք իրարամերժ և անհիմն հրապարակումներ իբրև «գաղտնի կնքված հերթական գազային համաձայնագրի» վերաբերյալ։
Մանիպուլյատիվ մեկնաբանությունները և ապատեղեկատվության տարածումը կանխելու նպատակով ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ 2022թ. համար սահմանին գազի գնի հարցը կարգավորված է «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ և «Գազպրոմ Էքսպորտ» ՍՊԸ միջև դեռևս 2013 թ. կնքված պայմանագրին կից լրացուցիչ համաձայնագրով, ըստ որի սահմանին գազի գինը 2022թ. համար պահպանվում է:
«Նշված լրացուցիչ համաձայնագիրը կնքվել է 2021թ. հոկտեմբերի 29-ին: Դեռևս 2013 թ. կնքված պայմանագրով, որը հրապարակային փաստաթուղթ է, կողմերի միջև համաձայնեցված և հաստատված է եղել փաստացի կալորիականությամբ գազի գնի մեծության ճշգրտման բանաձևը, որը կիրառվելու է 2022 թվականի ապրիլի 1-ից:
2. Միևնույն ժամանակ, ՀՀ կառավարությունը 2021 թ. դեկտեմբերի 23-ի նիստում հավանության է արժանացրել ՀՀ կառավարության և ՌԴ կառավարության միջև «ՀայՌուսգազարդ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության բաժնետոմսերի առուվաճառքի և հետագա գործունեության պայմանների մասին 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 2-ի Համաձայնագրում փոփոխություններ կատարելու արձանագրության ստորագրման առաջարկությունը:
Նշված որոշումը հրապարակվել է դեռևս 2021թ. դեկտեմբերին և տեղադրված է եղել ՀՀ կառավարության պաշտոնական կայքէջում: Ներկայումս Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարություններին հանձնարարված է կազմակերպել արձանագրության ստորագրումը:
