Տեղ գյուղում ադրբեջանցիների գործողությունների հետևանքով առևանգված, ապա ռուս զինծառայողների ջանքերով հայրենիք վերադարձած հովիվի միջադեպը պարզ ցույց է տալիս սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի պաշտպանության մակարդակը, իսկ ավելի ճիշտ՝ դրանց խոցելիությունը։
Եթե մեր հովիվը գտնվել է ադրբեջանական դիրքերի մերձակա հատվածում, ապա սահմանագծի այդ հատվածում ծառայություն իրականացնող ուժերը պետք է կանխեին նրա մուտքը վտանգավոր հատված։

Նույն տրամաբանությամբ, ադրբեջանցիները կարող էին իջնել Գորիս-Տեղ-Ստեփանակերտ մայրուղի, սադրանքի դիմեին ու դա ոչ ֆիքսվեր, ոչ էլ առավել ևս՝ կանխվեր։
Չգիտեմ, թե քանի անգամ պետք է խոսել խնդիրների ու դրանց լուծումների մասին, երբ այս իշխանության համար «լուծումները» հայ-թուրքական սիրախաղի ու Ադրբեջանի հետ անպատասխան սիրո շրջանակներում են։
