Մեր տպավորությամբ Թուրքիան կիսում է Հայաստանի հետ առանց նախապայմանի երկխոսություն սկսելու մոտեցումը. ԱԳՆ խոսնակ

Հայաստանն ակնկալում է, որ Թուրքիայի հետ երկխոսության գործընթացի արդյունքում դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ կհաստատվեն Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև, ինչպես նաև կբացվի երկու երկրների միջև սահմանը: Այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի քարտուղար Վահան Հունանյանը՝ Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների՝ հունվարի 14-ին ծրագրված առաջին հանդիպմանն ընդառաջ պատասխանելով «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցերին:

Հունանյանն ընդգծեց նաև, որ հայկական կողմի տպավորությամբ Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը նույնպես կիսում է առանց նախապայմանի երկխոսություն սկսելու մոտեցումը։

- Որո՞նք են այն հիմնական նպատակները, որոնց հայկական կողմը ցանկանում է հասնել Հայաստան-Թուրքիա երկխոսության շնորհիվ:

-Հայաստանի ակնկալիքներն այդ երկխոսությունից, ըստ էության, նույնն են, ինչ եղել են 1990-ականների սկզբներից ի վեր։ Մենք ակնկալում ենք, որ գործընթացի արդյունքում Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ կհաստատվեն և երկու երկրների միջև սահմանը, որը Թուրքիայի կողմից միակողմանիորեն փակվել էր 90-ականների սկզբին, կբացվի։

-Կան կարծիքներ, որ համաձայնելով Թուրքիայի հետ երկխոսություն սկսելուն՝ Հայաստանն արդեն իսկ ընդունել է նախապայմանները, որոնք Թուրքիան միշտ առաջ է քաշել Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման համատեքստում: Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք սա:

-Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը մշտապես հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է Թուրքիայի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը՝ առանց որևէ նախապայմանի: Այս առումով ևս պետք է փաստեմ, որ Հայաստանի մոտեցումը որևէ փոփոխություն չի կրել՝ նույն դիրքորոշումն արտացոլված է նաև ՀՀ կառավարության 2021-2026թթ. ծրագրում:

Ինչպես արդեն նախկինում նշել ենք, միջազգային գործընկերների հետ շփումներում մենք պարբերաբար ընդգծել ենք «առանց նախապայմանների» սկզբունքի պահպանման անհրաժեշտությունը: Մեր տպավորությամբ՝ Թուրքիայի կառավարությունը նույնպես կիսում է առանց նախապայմանի երկխոսություն սկսելու մոտեցումը։

-Հունվարի 14-ին Մոսկվայում նախատեսված է Հայաստան-Թուրքիա երկխոսության գործընթացում երկու երկրների հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների առաջին հանդիպումը: Ի՞նչ ֆորմատով է անցկացվելու հանդիպումը և ի՞նչ ակնկալիքներ ունի հայկական կողմն այս հանդիպումից:

-Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հատուկ ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումը Մոսկվայում տեղի է ունենալու ռուսական կողմի հյուրընկալությամբ։ Ըստ էության, այս առաջին հանդիպումը կրելու է ճանաչողական բնույթ։ Դժվար է ակնկալել, որ մեկ հանդիպման արդյունքում հնարավոր կլինի ունենալ շոշափելի արդյունքներ, սակայն դրանով կտրվի գործընթացի մեկնարկը։
