Ամանորին նախապատրաստվելիս գրեթե միշտ ինչ-որ բան մոռանում ենք: Շատ հաճախ այդ երեւում է սեղանը հարդարելիս, երբ Ամանորից վայրկյաններ առաջ պարզում ենք, որ այս կամ այն ուտեստը մոռացել ենք դնել սեղանին: NEWS.am STYLE-ը ձեզ նման տհաճ անակնկալներից ազատելու համար կազմել է ժամանակակից ամանորյա սեղանի ուտեստների ցանկը, որոնք կազմելիս առաջնորդվել ենք միջին հայկական ընտանիքի բյուջեով:

Աղցաններ: 3-4 տեսակի: Մայրաքաղաքայինը եւ եւս երկու աղցան` ըստ ճաշակի: Դա կարող է լինել հավի կրծքամսով` համեմված ամենատարբեր բանջարեղենով, կարմիր ճակնդեղով կամ խեցգետնի ձողիկներով: Կախված է ձեր բյուջեից:

Երշիկեղեն: Հայկական բաստուրման եւ սուջուխը պետք է անպակաս լինեն ձեր սեղանից, իսկ բժշկական երշիկ, ապխտած, թե խոզապուխտ՝ ինքներդ կարող եք որոշել:

Պանիր: Ամանորի սեղանին պանրի տեսականին նույնպես անհրաժեշտ է, բայց՝ ոչ պարտադիր: Կարող եք սահմանափակվել մեկ տեսակի պանրով, օրինակ` հոլանդական: Սրա հետ կարող եք ռոքֆոր տեսակի պանիր դնել, ինչպես նաեւ ապխտած:

Նրբաբլիթները, իշլի քյուֆթան չեն կարող շրջանցել ձեր ամանորյա սեղանը: Որոշ տներում քյուֆթան փոխարինում են կիեւյան կոտլետներով:

Տոլմա: Բոլորիս հայտնի հայկական պասուց տոլման հատկապես պետք է դրվի նրանց սեղանին, ովքեր Սուրբ Ծննդից մեկ շաբաթ առաջ պահքի մեջ են: Թփով տոլման նույնպես շատ տներում դրվում է ամանորյա սեղաններին:

Ամանորյա սեղանին պետք է դրվի նաեւ գլխավոր ուտեստներից մեկը, որը պարտադիր չէ, որ խոզի տապակած ազդր լինի, այլ կարող է լինել հնդկահավ, խոզի փափկամիս, իսկ պահքի պահողների համար ձուկը կատարյալ տարբերակ է: Գլխավոր ուտեստը մատուցելիս կարելի է այն զարդարել հազարի տերեւներով, կիտրոնով, ձիթապտղով: Ի դեպ՝ ձիթապտղի մասին: Կարող եք սահմանափակվել միայն սեւով, իսկ բազմազանության համար գնել նաեւ կանաչ եւ կարմիր գույնի:

Խմիչքներից Ամանորը դիմավորելու համար կարեւոր է շամպայնը: Գինին նույնպես կարեւոր է, քանի որ առջեւում Սուրբ Ծնունդ է: Օղին, կոնյակը, լիկյորը եւ այլ խմիչքները` ըստ ցանկության:

Թխվածք նույնպես կարելի է 3-4 տեսակ դնել: Դեռեւս 1990-ական թվականներից հայկական ամանորյա սեղանից անպակաս էին ծխախոտ կոչվող թխվածքը, կրեմով լցոնված կոնը, նապոլեոնը, փախլավան, էկլերը, իսկ հիմա դրանց տեսականին այնքան է ընդլայնվել, որ չես կողմնորոշվում` ինչ դնել սեղանին: Այնուամենայնիվ, դասական մեղրով տորթն ամենհարմարն է, եթե ժամանակը եւ հնարավորությունները չեն ներում ավելին անել:

Չրեղենը, չարազը նույնպես ցանկալի են: Դրանք առատության եւ հարստության խորհրդանիշ են:
