Իլհամ Ալիևն իր վերջին ճեպազրույցում թեպետ անդրադարձել է հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների տարբեր բլոկներին, Արցախի հիմնախնդրին, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ նրա՝ լրատվամիջոցների հետ հրատապ ռեժիմով հանդիպում անցկացնելու պատճառը, Ղազախստանում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձություններն էին։
 
Իր խոսքում Ալիևը բավականին երկար, բոլոր մանրամասներով անդրադարձավ Ադրբեջանում իրականացվող փոփոխություններին, կադրային վերափոխումներին, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարին։
 
Բավականին մանրամասն Ալիևը խոսեց երկրում նկատվող թանկացումներին, փորձեց հիմնավորել գնաճը, ինչպես նաև՝ խոստացավ, որ սոցիալական ծրագրեր է իրականացնելու։
 
Ալիևն իսկզբանե փորձում է կանխել Ադրբեջանում հնարավոր քաղաքական ճգնաժամը, որի հիմքերը տարբեր գծերով համեմատելի է Ղազախստանում առկա իրավիճակին։
 
Հենց միայն այն հանգամանքը, որ Ադրբեջանի մեծ թվով քաղաքացիներ մասնակցել են տարբեր երկրներում տեղի ունեցած ահաբեկչական գործողությունների և նրանցից շատերն այս պահին Ադրբեջանում են կամ այն, որ բազմիցս խոսվել է տարբեր ծայրահեղական խմբերի ակտիվ կամ պասիվ բջիջների առկայությանն այդ երկրում, արդեն բավական է ցանկացած պահին պայթյուն առաջացնելու համար։
 
Սրան եթե գումարենք մի քանի կլանի ձեռքում կուտակված երկրի հարստությունը, հասարակության ծայրահեղ բևեռացում, երկրի ոչ համաչափ զարգացումը, ապա ամեն ինչ իր տեղն է ընկնում։
 
Ալիևն իսկապես մռածելու և խորը մտահոգությունների մեջ ընկնելու պատճառ ունի։
 
Միակ հարցը, որով նա հանգիստ է, դա իր կողքին Հայաստանի՝ նման որակի իշխանություն ունենալն է, որը նրան թույլ է տալիս ոչ միայն կոնֆորտ լինել, այլ ցանկացած իրավիճակում՝ քաղաքական կամ քարոզչական նպատակներից ելնելով վիրավորել, նվաստացնել ու դա մարսել։
 
Հայաստանի այս իշխանությունը «նվեր» է ցանկացած երկրի համար, ով ստանալիք ունի մեր տարածաշրջանում և ցանկանում է «պոկել» առավելագույնը։
