Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խաղաղության դարաշրջանի զոհերը. «Ժողովուրդ»

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Երեկ երեկոյան ադրբեջանական զինուժը վերսկսել էր ՀՀ սահմանի գնդակոծությունը: Սա ճիշտ համընկավ ՀԱՊԿ գագաթաժողովում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պահվածքին, դրան նախորդած զինյալների գործուղմանը Ղազախստան: Արդյոք երեկվա նախնական տվյալներով երկու զոհերը եւ նույնքան վիրավորները Ղազախստան ուղարկված խաղաղապահների գի՞նն էին: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին իրավապահները եւ քաղաքական թիմը հանդիպման ժամանակ բացատրել են, որ երեկվա լարվածությունն ուղիղ առնչություն ունի Ղազախստան ուղարկված զորամիավորման հետ:
ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Խաչատրյանը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ասաց. «Առայժմ չեմ ցանկանում մեկնաբանություն տալ, հասկանանք՝ ինչպես իրադարձությունները կզարգանան, որից հետո նոր գնահատական կարող ենք տալ»:
Իսկ ինչո՞ւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի դիմում նույն ՀԱՊԿ-ին օգնության խնդրանքով, քանի որ ՀՀ սահմանները գնդակոծվում են, անօդաչուներ են թռչում ՀՀ երկնքում: Կդիմեն արդյոք՝ հետաքրքրվեցինք իշխանական պատգամավորից, որը նաեւ ԱԺ պաշտպանության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ է։ «Կարծում եմ՝ ոչ»,- կարճ պատասանեց Խաչատրյանը: Այսինքն՝ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ին ծառայություն մատուցում է, բայց չի օգտվում նրանց ծառայությունից:
Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ ՀՀ հակաօդային պաշտպանությունը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ կնքված «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջեւ համատեղ անվտանգության ապահովման նպատակով զորքերի (ուժերի) կիրառման համատեղ պլանավորման հարցերի մասին» համաձայնագրով գտնվում է նույն գոտում, եւ ՌԴ-ի հետ համատեղ պետք է Հայաստանի «օդը անվտանգ լինի»: Արդյոք կդիմի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ՌԴ-ին՝ ապավինելով մեր ռազմավարական դաշնակցի հակաօդային ռեսուրսներին, դեռ պարզ չէ. մեզ չհաջողվեց այլ տեսակետ լսել այս հարցի վերաբերյալ»:
