SOCIETYՀայաստանը 1-ին եռամսյակում 78-րդ տեղն է զբաղեցրել Աշխարհի անձնագրերի Henley & Partners ինդեքսում
Ռուսաստանն ու ԱՊՀ երկրները դիտարկումների եռամսյակում իրենց դիրքերն աննշան են փոխել։ Վարկանշային աղյուսակում տեղաշարժերը պայմանավորված են եղել նաեւ այլ երկրների դիրքերի փոփոխություններով։ Ռուսաստանը առանց վիզայի մուտք ձեռք է բերել դեպի Պակիստան եւ վարկանիշում 51-րդ տեղից տեղափոխվել է 46-րդ տեղը։ Ռուսական անձնագիր ունեցողները տեսականորեն կարող են առանց վիզայի ճանապարհորդել 119 ուղղություններով։
Բելառուսի Հանրապետությունը (65), Ղազախստանը (68), Ադրբեջանը (74), Հայաստանը (78) փոխել են իրենց դիրքերը՝ Օմանի հետ առանց վիզայի ռեժիմի համաձայնագրերի կնքման շնորհիվ։
Հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում Վրաստանը այլ երկրների հետ առանց վիզայի ռեժիմի համաձայնագրեր չի կնքել եւ 48-րդն է՝ աշխարհում 115 ուղղություններով առանց վիզայի հասանելիությամբ։
Ուկրաինան 37-րդից բարձրացել է 35-րդ տեղ՝ Ֆրանսիայի անդրծովյան տարածքների եւ Օմանի հետ առանց վիզայի մուտքի պայմանագիր կնքելով։ Ուկրաինական անձնագիր ունեցողները առանց վիզայի կամ վիզայով կարող են ճանապարհորդել աշխարհի 141 երկրներ։
Աշխարհի անձնագրերի ինդեքսի վերջին արդյունքները ցույց են տալիս քաղաքացիների համար առանց վիզայի ճանապարհորդության հնարավորությունների ամենամեծ տարբերությունը՝ 17 տարի առաջ ինդեքսի ստեղծման պահից ի վեր: Առանց հաշվի առնելու կորոնավիրուսի հետ կապված փոփոխվող եւ ժամանակային սահմանափակումները՝ երկու ասիական երկրների՝ Ճապոնիայի եւ Սինգապուրի անձնագրեր ունեցողներն այժմ կարող են հասանելիություն ունենալ 192 ուղղությունների՝ առանց վիզայի կամ վիզայով, ինչը 166-ով ավելի է, քան Աֆղանստանինը, որը ինդեքսում վերջին տեղում է։
Համաձայն Աշխարհի անձնագրերի Henley & Partners Passport ինդեքսի պատմական տվյալների, որը աշխարհի անձնագրերը դասակարգում է առանց վիզայի ուղղությունների քանակով, քաղաքացիները 2006 թվականին առանց նախապես վիզա ստանալու միջին հաշվով կարող էին այցելել 57 երկիր: Այսօր այդ թիվը հասել է 107-ի, բայց այս ընդհանուր աճի հետեւում թաքնված է Գլոբալ Հյուսիսի եւ Գլոբալ Հարավի երկրների միջեւ աճող անհավասարությունը:
Օրինակ՝ Շվեդիայի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի քաղաքացիները կարող են առանց վիզայի ճանապարհորդել ավելի քան 180 ուղղություններով, մինչդեռ Անգոլայի, Կամերունի եւ Լաոսի անձնագիր ունեցողները կարող են առանց վիզայի տեղաշարժվել միայն 50 ուղղություններով:
Ինդեքսում առաջին տեղը կիսում են Սինգապուրի եւ Ճապոնիայի անձնագրերը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ աշխարհի 192 երկրների սահմանները բաց են այդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար։
Երկրորդ տեղը կիսում են Գերմանիան եւ Հարավային Կորեան՝ 190 երկիր առանց վիզայի մուտք ունենալով։
