Արցախում մեկ օրվա մեջ ադրբեջանական 3 սադրանք է գրանցվել։ 

Կարմիր շուկայի ուղղությամբ ադրբեջանցիները խոցել են տան բակում կանգնած քաղաքացիական մեքենա, որը պայթել է, Նախիջևանիկ գյուղի այգիներում աշխատող տրակտորի և 4 քաղաքացիական անձանց ուղղությամբ ինտենսիվ կրակ վարվել։

Երրորդ միջադեպը վերաբերվում է Շուշիի հարակից հատվածող անցնող ճանապարհին, որտեղ թշնամին քարերով խոցել է հայ խաղաղ բնակչի մեքենան։

Այս երեք միջադեպերը արձանագրվել են երեկ՝ հունվարի 10-ին և 3-ի դեպքում էլ գլխավոր ընդհանրությունն այն է, որ ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները հայկական բնակավայրերի, բնակիչների ուղղությամբ նպատակային կրակ են վարել՝ խոցելու գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա, քաղաքացիական մեքենա և խաղաղ բնակիչների։

Արցախում իրականացվող խաղաղապահ առաքելության տեսանկյունից, ճիշտ կլիներ, որպեսզի ճնշում գործադրվեր ադրբեջանցիների վրա՝ հանվեին այն մարտական դիրքերը, որոնք հայկական բնակավայրերի մերձակա հատվածում են և տարբեր իրավիճակներում կարող են լուրջ խնդիրներ առաջացնել։

Հետպատերազմյան փուլում, ռուս խաղաղապահների միջամտությամբ, տարբեր ուղղություններում դիրքեր հանվել են և կարծում եմ, որ այս դեպքում ևս, ադրբեջանական լկտիությունները հաշվի առնելով, Ադրբեջանին ստիպելու և կրակ վարող դիրքերը առհասարակ հանելու հնարավորություն կա։
