«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
rossaprimavera.ru–ն «Փորձագետը թվարկել է այն խնդիրները, որոնց կբախվի Հայաստանը 2022 թվականին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ 2022 թվականին Հայաստանին լուրջ սոցիալական և քաղաքական մարտահրավերներ են սպասվում: Այդ մասին ասել է Հայաստանի ֆինանսների նախկին նախարար, հանրային ֆինանսների կառավարման միջազգային խորհրդական Վարդան Արամյանը։
Փորձագետի խոսքով, 2021 թվականին Հայաստանում տնտեսական անկումն ամենախորն է եղել ինչպես ԵԱՏՄ երկրների, այնպես էլ տարածաշրջանի երկրների շրջանում։ «Ցավոք, 2022 թվականի մակրոտնտեսական վերականգնումը թերի է լինելու։ 2020 թվականի 7,4 տոկոս տնտեսական անկումից հետո մենք ունենք շատ ավելի ցածր տնտեսական աճ։ Կանխատեսումները, որ գոնե 7 տոկոսին կկարողանանք մոտենալ, ֆանտաստիկայի ժանրից են»,- ընդգծել է Արամյանը։ Նա նաև ափսոսանք է հայտնել, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հաշվի չի առնում մասնագետների զգուշացումները։ Տնտեսագետի խոսքով, երկրի կառավարությունը տնտեսությանն աջակցելու իրական միջոցների փոխարեն գնում է պոպուլիստական քայլերի:
Օրինակ՝ 2022 թվականի հունվարից կենսաթոշակների բարձրացումը, որն էլ ավելի է սրելու իրավիճակը։ «Այստեղ ես լուրջ ռիսկեր եմ տեսնում։ Երբ դուք ստանձնում եք այդ պարտավորությունը, ապա դրա կրճատումը գրեթե անհնար է: Պապիկներին ու տատիկներին ուղղակի չես ասի՝ կներես, սխալվեցի, չէի կանխատեսել, որ տնտեսական վիճակը թույլ չի տալիս թոշակդ բարձրացնել»,- ընդգծել է Արամյանը։ Փորձագետը նշել է, որ սոցիալական հարցերը չեն կարող լուծվել առանց տնտեսության հզորացման։ «Այս տարի դուք խնդիրը կլուծեք, բայց մյուս տարի շատ ավելի մեծ խնդիր կստեղծեք»,- շեշտել է նա։ Տնտեսական խնդիրները լուծելու համար իշխանությունը պետք է հրաժարվի պոպուլիստական քայլերից, կարողանա ձգել գոտիները՝ դա սկսելով առաջին հերթին իրենից, ամփոփել է Արամյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2022 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից Հայաստանի կառավարությունը բարձրացրել է նվազագույն կենսաթոշակը, իսկ նպաստները բարձրացրել է 2000-3000 դրամով (մոտ 4-6 դոլար): Պաշտոնական տվյալներով, 2021 թվականի հունվար-նոյեմբերին Հայաստանում սպառողական գներն աճել են 7,1%-ով, իսկ պարենային ապրանքները՝ 16,9%-ով։
