«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ինչպես հայտնի է, օրերս վերջապես կատարվեց պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի երազանքը, և նա նշանակեց ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիա զոր դեսպան ։ «Փաստ» թերթն իր նախորդ հրապարակումներում նշել էր, որ Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի՝ դեսպան նշանակվելու ագրեմանի հարցումը երկու անգամ ուղարկվել է Մոսկվա, սակայն այնտեղից պատասխան չի եղել, ինչը փաստացի նշանակում է մերժում: Մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ ռուսական կողմը կտրուկ դեմ է եղել այս նշանակմանը, և, ինչպես տեղեկացրել էին, այս հարցում Վլադիմիր Պուտինին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անձամբ էր դիմել և խնդրել հաստատել Հարությունյանի թեկնածությունը։ Այս ամենի հետ կապված թերթին նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել։

Մասնավորաբար, ԱԳՆ-ի մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, նախարարությունում Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի նշանակումը ոչ միանշանակ է ընդունվել. մեր տեղեկություններով՝ այդ նշանակմանը դեմ է եղել նույնիսկ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը։ Մեր աղբյուրը փոխանցում է նաև, որ Հարությունյանի թեկնածության առաջադրման, առավել ևս՝ նշանակման փաստը նախարարությունում ծաղրուծանակի առարկա է դարձել, մեծամասնությունը հեգնանքով ու տարակուսանքով է վերաբերվել այս հանգամանքին։

Հավելենք, որ, «Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, առաջիկայում դիվանագիտական կորպուսում փոփոխությունները կշարունակվեն. մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ իշխանությունները մտադիր են էապես փոխել դեսպանների կազմը: Ի դեպ՝ առաջիկայում հավանական նշանակվողների ցանկում, մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, բավական ուշագրավ դեմքեր կան։
