Արհեստական բեղմնավորման անվճար հնարավորություն խնդիրներ ունեցող զույգերի համար

Կիսապատերազմական իրավիճակում գտնվող պետության համար ամենակարևոր նախադրյալներից մեկը բնակչության թվի աճն է:
Շատ հաճախ տվյալ երկրի բնակչության բնական աճի տեմպերն արագացնելու համար պետությունը նախաձեռնում է ծնելությունը խթանող բազմաթիվ ծրագրեր: Այնուամենայնիվ ընտանիքներում ծնելիության խնդիրը պայմանավորված է լինում նաև առողջական խնդիրներով: Այս դեպքում պետությունը պետք է պայմաններ ստեղծի, որպեսզի արհեստական բեղմնավորման ճանապարհով տվյալ ընտանիքը հնավարություն ունենա երեխա ունենալ:
Բժշկության տեսանկյունից մեր երկիրը որևէ խնդիր չունի, սակայն արհեստական բեղմնավորումը բավականին թանկ արժե և շատ ժամանակ բնակչության այս կամ այն շերտը պարզապես հնարավորություն չունի օգտվել դրանից:
Այս ամենը հաշվի առելով՝ գործադիր մարմնի այսօրվա նիստում որոշում է կայացվել, ըստ որի անապահովության գնահատման համակարգում ընդգրկված 30.00 և ավելի բարձր անապահովության միավոր ունեցող նպաստառու, ինչպես նաև սահմանամերձ համայնքում բնակվող երեխա չունեցող կանայք և նրանց ամուսիններն այսուհետ կարող են արհեստական բեղմնավորման ճանապարհով երեխա ունենալ անվճար:
Այս պահին սահմանամերձ համայնքների ամուսնական ավելի քան 35 զույգ կարող է օգտվել այս հնարավորությունից:
Սա չափազանց կարևոր որոշում էր: Բացի նրանից, որ պետությունը օժանդակում է արհեստական բեղմնավորման ճանապարհով անապահով ընտանիքների վերարտադրությունը, դարձնելով այն անվճար, ուշադրություն դարձնենք նաև, որ ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի խթանել ծնելությունը սահմանամերձ համայնքներում:
