Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հետ հեռախոսազրույցում առաջարկել է ՀՀ-ի նախագահությամբ ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի տեսակոնֆերանս անցկացնել, Պուտինն էլ ողջունել է այդ առաջարկը։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին տեղեկացնում են Կրեմլից: 

Ղազախստանի նախագահը մանրամասն տեղեկացրել է երկրում տիրող իրավիճակի մասին՝  նշելով, որ այն  գնում է դեպի կայունացում։ Այս համատեքստում նա շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) և հատկապես Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության գործընկերների կողմից ցուցաբերվող աջակցության համար։

Նախագահները մտքեր են փոխանակել Ղազախստանում կարգուկանոնի վերականգնմանն ուղղված միջոցառումների շուրջ։

Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևի խոսքով՝ ներկա փուլում անհրաժեշտ է ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ղեկավարների համատեղ զրույց։ Այդ առումով  նա մտադիր է առաջիկա օրերին հանդես գալ ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի տեսակոնֆերանս անցկացնելու նախաձեռնությամբ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահությամբ՝ որպես կազմակերպության ներկայիս նախագահող:

Վլադիմիր Պուտինը պաշտպանել է այդ առաջարկը:

Ռուսաստանի և Ղազախստանի ղեկավարները պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել մշտական կապի մեջ լինել:

Ռուսաստանի նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովն էլ «ՌԻԱ նովոստի»-ին ասել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ տեսակոնֆերանսի անցկացման ժամկետներ դեռ հայտնի չեն:
