Ալմաթիում հրազենային վիրավորումից 11-ամյա երեխա է մահացել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՂազախստանի Ալմաթի քաղաքում տեղի ունեցող անկարգությունների ժամանակ հրազենային կրակոցից երեխա է մահացել, ևս մեկը տուժել է: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը՝ հղում անելով Ղազախստանում երեխաների իրավունքների պաշտպանի մամուլի ծառայությանը:
Հաղորդվում է, որ իրավապաշտպանի տվյալներով՝ հունվարի 5-ին Ալմաթիում հրազենային վիրավորումից երեխա է մահացել: Ծնողները զբոսնելիս են եղել իրենց երեխաների հետ, երբ կրակոց է հնչել, որը ճակատագրական է դարձել 11-ամյա տղայի համար:
Բացի այդ, հունվարի 7-ին Ալմաթիի մանկական հիվանդանոցներից մեկը հրազենային վիրավորմամբ 15-ամյա պատանու է ընդունել: Բժիշկները պայքարում են նրա կյանքի համար: Նշվում է, որ տղան հոր հետ մեքենայով երթևեկելիս է եղել, երբ նրանց մեքենայի ուղղությամբ կրակ է արձակվել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ղազախստանում զանգվածային բողոքի ակցիաներ են սկսվել հունվարի 2-ին։ Սկզբում Ժանաօզեն և Ակտաու քաղաքների բնակիչները դուրս եկան փողոց՝ իրենց բողոքի ձայնը բարձրացնելու ընդդեմ գազի թանկացման։ Ավելի ուշ բողոքի ակցաները տարածվեցին ամբողջ երկրով մեկ։ Իշխանությունները հայտնեցին, որ կվերանայեն գազի սակագինը, սակայն երկրում իրավիճակը չկայունացավ։ Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևը, բողոքի ցույցերի համատեքստում, հայտարարեց, որ այսուհետ ինքն է Ղազախստանի Անվտանգության խորհրդի ղեկավարը։
ՀԱՊԿ (Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպություն) հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի՝ 2022 թվականի հունվարի 6-ին ընդունված որոշման համաձայն՝ Ղազախստանի Հանրապետությունում իրավիճակի կայունացման և կարգավորման հաստատման նպատակով սահմանափակ ժամանակահատվածով այդ երկիր են ուղարկվել ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական խաղաղապահ ուժերը:
