Անչափ մտահոգիչ եմ համարում հատկապես զինծառայող Արեն Արամյանի առողջական վիճակը, որը հետեւանք է թշնամու հասցրած հրազենային վիրավորման եւ անհամատեղելի է կալանքի հետ։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Այսօր Արմավիր ՔԿՀ էի գնացել՝ շրջայց կատարելու եւ հանդիպելու 2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 16-ի ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի հետեւանքով, ադրբեջանցիների կողմից գերեվարված, իսկ ներկայումս կալանքի տակ գտնվող 5 զինծառայողների հետ։
Անչափ մտահոգիչ եմ համարում հատկապես զինծառայող Արեն Արամյանի առողջական վիճակը, որը հետեւանք է թշնամու հասցրած հրազենային վիրավորման եւ անհամատեղելի է կալանքի հետ։ Այս թեմային առաջիկայում դեռ կանդրադառնամ։
Եթե կալանքի ու դրա երկարացման հետեւանքով այս զինծառայողի առողջությունը հետագայում բարդանա, ապա նախապես զգուշացնում եմ՝ դրա անմիջական եւ անուղղակի մեղավորներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ ամեն ինչ կանեմ։
Ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի ուղղություններով ծառայություն իրականացրած ստորաբաժանումների ամենամեծ «հանցանքն» այն է, որ իշխանությունը ՀՀ սուվերեն տարածքի հերթական հանձնումը «մարսելու» համար մեղավորներ նշանակելու խնդիր ուներ։
Չբացառելով ադրբեջանական ագրեսիայի օրերին, առանձին զինծառայողների թույլ տված իրավախախտումները, շարունակում եմ պնդել, որ ամբողջության մեջ, հանձնված տարածքների եւ ստեղծված իրավիճակի պատճառը ՀՀ իշխանությունների՝ զինված ուժերին հասցվող տարաբնույթ հարվածներն են, որոնք բավականին բարդ վիճակ են ստեղծել հայկական բանակում։
Անընդհատ իշխանության թիրախում գտնվելով՝ շարքայինից մինչեւ գեներալ, զինված ուժերը շարունակաբար ցնցումների են ենթարկվում, որի պայմաններում խնդիրներն անխուսափելի են դառնում։
Եվ այս իրավիճակում տապալումների, կորուստների պատասխանատվությունը բացառապես բարդել տարբեր օղակների զինծառայողների վրա, ուղղակի անթույլատրելի է»,- գրել է պատգամավորը։
