INTERNATIONAL NEWSԹեհրանը պաշտոնապես չի ճանաչի Աֆղանստանի ներկայիս իշխանությանը, որը ներկայացնում Է «Թալիբան» շարժումը (ՄԱԿ-ի պատժամիջոցների ներքո Է գտնվում ահաբեկչական գործունեության համար), մինչեւ չձեւավորվի ներառական կառավարություն:
Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է Քաբուլում Իրանի դեսպան Բահադուր Ամինյանը: «Եթե ինչ-որ խումբ գալիս Է իշխանության եւ բաղկացած Է Էթնիկական մեկ խմբի ներկայացուցիչներից, իսկ մյուս բոլոր Էթնիկական խմբերը չեն մտնում կառավարության կազմի մեջ, մենք դա չենք ընդունում, եւ, հետեւաբար, բարյացակամորեն կոչ ենք անում «Թալիբան»-ի ղեկավարներին՝ ձեւավորել ներառական կառավարություն»,-դեսպանն ասել Է Tolo News աֆղանական հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցում:
Նաեւ նա նշել Է, որ Թեհրանը կարող Է մյուս երկրներին համոզել՝ ճանաչելու Աֆղանստանի կառավարությունը, եթե թալիբները բարեփոխումներ անցկացնեն կառավարության կազմում: Իր հերթին, ինչպես հաղորդել Է հեռուստաալիքը, շարժման ներկայացուցիչ Ինամուլլա Սամանղանին հայտարարել Է, որ դեսպանի հայտարարություններն Աֆղանստանի ներքին գործերին միջամտելու փորձ Է: «Յուրքանչյուր երկիր ներառական կառավարության իր սեփական որոշումն ունի, որը հիմնված Է ազգային շահերի վրա»,-ընդգծել Է նա: 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի սկզբին թալիբներն ակտիվացրեցին հարձակումը կառավարական ուժերի վրա:
Օգոստոսի տասնհինգին զինյալները մտել են մայրաքաղաք եւ հաջորդ օրը հայտարարել, որ պատերազմն Աֆղանստանում վերջացել Է: Օգոստոսի վերջին երկու շաբաթներին Քաբուլի օդանավակայանից, որը գտնվում Էր ԱՄՆ-ի զինվորականների պահպանության ներքո, ընթանում Էր Արեւմուտքի երկրների քաղաքացիների եւ նրանց հետ համագործակցող աֆղանցիների տարհանում: Լույս օգոստոսի 31-ի գիշերը ԱՄՆ-ի զինվորականները լքել են Քաբուլի օդանավակայանը՝ վերջ դնելով ամերիկյան գրեթե 20-ամյա ռազմական ներկայությանը Աֆղանստանում: Սեպտեմբերի սկզբին հայտարարեցին Աֆղանստանի ժամանակավոր կառավարության կազմը: Այն գլխավորել Է Մոհամադ Հասան Ախունդը, որը «Թալիբան»-ի առաջին կառավարման ժամանակ զբաղեցրել Է ԱԳ նախարարության ղեկավարի աթոռը եւ 2001 թվականից գտնվում Է ՄԱԿ-ի պատժամիջոցների ներքո, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
