Արտակարգ իրավիճակ՝ Արարատի մարզում. տեղացած ձյան ու ճանապարհի չմաքրման հետևանքով 1 տասնյակից ավելի ավտոմեքենաներ բախվել են իրար

Արդեն 1 ժամից ավելի է, արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Երևան-Երասխ ավտոճանապարհին։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, տեղացած առատ ձյան ու ճանապարհի չմաքրման հետևանքով տարբեր հատվածներում բախվել են 10-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենաներ, կան վիրավորներ։ 

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Գրիգոր Պողոսյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Կարապետ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ։ 

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Արտաշատի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի հրշեջ-փրկարարները։ 

Վթարների հետևանքով մի քանի ավտոմեքենաներ բախվել են երկաթե արգելապատնեշներին, մի քանիսը ճանապարհի մեջտեղում են, մի քանիսն էլ դուրս են եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց ու հայտնվել դաշտում։ 

Տեղում աշխատում են ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի հետաքննիչները, սակայն վթարները այնքան շատ են, որ նրանք չեն հասցնում։ 

Այս դեպքում օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ապահովագրական ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչները, սակայն ճանապարհը սպասարկող ճանշինականներից մինչև այս պահը ոչ ոք չկա։ 

Մի քանի ավտոմեքենաների անվադողերն էլ ամառային են։ Ոստիկանությունը պարզում է վարորդների և վիրավորների ինքնությունը։ 

Արարատի մարզի ոստիկանապետ Սարիբեկ Ռուստամյանի հանձնարարականով ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնի ծառայողները ժամանել են դեպքի վայր, ովքեր օգնություն են ցուցաբերում վարորդներին, իսկ վարորդներն էլ «ամենավերջին քաղցր խոսքերով են հիշում» ճանապարհն սպասարկող ընկերության ներկայացուցիչներին։ 

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
