Ավագանու որոշումը՝ աղբահանության վճարի դրույքաչափերի վերաբերյալ․ որքա՞ն պետք է վճարել

Երևանի ավագանին 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 28-ին որոշում է ընդունել՝ սահմանելով Երևան համայնքում տեղական վճարների 2022 թվականի դրույքաչափերը։ Այն ուժի մեջ է մտնում հունվարի 1-ից։ Իրավաբան.net-ը հայտնում է, որ որոշման 7-րդ կետի համաձայն սահմանվել է Երևանի կողմից աղբահանության վճարը՝ վճարողների համար աղբահանության աշխատանքները կազմակերպելու համար, ըստ որի․ 1) բնակելի նպատակային նշանակության շենքերում և (կամ) շինություններում կոշտ կենցաղային թափոնների համար՝ բնակվող յուրաքանչյուր բնակչի համար՝ 200 դրամ. 2) ոչ բնակելի նպատակային նշանակության շենքերում և (կամ) շինություններում, աղբահանության վճարը սահմանվում է ըստ շինության ընդհանուր մակերեսի հետևյալ դրույքաչափերով. ա. առևտրի, հանրային սննդի և կենցաղային ծառայությունների մատուցման շենքերի և շինությունների մասով՝ մեկ քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի համար՝ 70 դրամ. բ. հյուրանոցային տնտեսության օբյեկտների, տրանսպորտի բոլոր տիպերի կայանների (ավտոկայանների, օդանավակայանների, երկաթուղային կայարանների), հանգստյան տների, բազաների ու ճամբարների, սպորտի համար նախատեսված շենքերի և շինությունների մասով` մեկ քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի համար` 30 դրամ. գ. վարչակառավարչական, ֆինանսական, կապի, ինչպես նաև առողջապահության համար նախատեսված շենքերի և շինությունների մասով՝ մեկ քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի համար՝ 18 դրամ. դ. գիտական, կրթական և ուսումնական նշանակության, սոցիալական ապահովության, մշակույթի, արվեստի, կրոնական, պաշտամունքային, քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության համար նախատեսված շենքերի և շինությունների մասով` մեկ քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի համար՝ 4 դրամ, ե. զորանոցների մասով՝ մեկ քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի համար՝ 8 դրամ. զ. արտադրական՝ արդյունաբերական և գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության շինությունների մասով (այդ թվում՝ ավտոկայանատեղի)՝ մեկ քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի համար` 8 դրամ. 3) շենքերից և շինություններից դուրս գտնվող առևտրի և հանրային սննդի օբյեկտների, ծառայությունների մատուցման վայրերի մասով՝ մեկ քառակուսի մետր մակերեսի համար՝ 70 դրամ. 4) ոչ կենցաղային աղբի համար, ինչպես նաև ոչ բնակելի տարածքների վերաբերյալ սույն հավելվածի 7-րդ կետի 2-րդ ենթակետով սահմանված դրույքաչափերի հետ անհամաձայնության դեպքում աղբահանության վճարը սահմանվում է՝ ա. ըստ ծավալի՝ մեկ խորանարդ մետր աղբի համար՝ 3․000 դրամ. բ. ըստ զանգվածի՝ մեկ տոննա աղբի համար՝ 10․000 դրամ. Որոշման 8-րդ կետում նշվում է, Երևանի կողմից իրավաբանական անձանց կամ անհատ ձեռնարկատերերին շինարարական և խոշոր եզրաչափի աղբի հավաքման և փոխադրման, ինչպես նաև աղբահանության վճար վճարողներին շինարարական և խոշոր եզրաչափի աղբի ինքնուրույն հավաքման և փոխադրման թույլտվության համար աղբահանության վճարը սահմանվում է՝ մեկ խորանարդ մետր աղբի համար 500 դրամ, մեկ տոննա աղբի համար՝ 1․800 դրամ:
