Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Ամանորի և Սուրբ ծննդի առթիվ:

Նախագահի շնորհավորական ուղերձում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Թանկագի՛ն քույրեր ու եղբայրներ Արցախում, Հայաստանում և Սփյուռքում:

Ավանդույթի համաձայն՝ ամեն տարի այս օրը շնորհավորանքի ու բարեմաղթանքի ջերմ խոսքեր ենք հղում միմյանց, մեր հարազատներին ու բարեկամներին, ընկերներին ու մերձավորներին, մեր Հայրենիքին ու ժողովրդին: Մաղթում ենք, որ անցնող տարին իր հետ տանի բոլոր դժվարություններն ու փորձությունները, իսկ Նոր տարին բերի միայն հաջողություն ու բարեկեցություն բոլորի ընտանիքներին:

Սակայն, արդեն երկրորդ տարին է, ինչ մեր ժողովուրդն Ամանորը դիմավորում է ծանր ու դժվարին պայմաններում, կյանքի հարվածներից կծկված ու մի բուռ դարձած, կորստի ցավից ու մխացող կսկիծից ծանրացած սրտով, վիրավոր ու բզկտված Արցախով: Այո, սա մեր իրականությունն է:

Բայց, այդ ամենով հանդերձ, կա ևս մեկ իրականություն. դա ապրող ու վերականգնվող Արցախն է՝ շինհարթակ դարձած մեր բնակավայրերը, ամեն օր փոքրիկ արցախցիներին դպրոց կանչող զանգի ղողանջները, ամեն օր մի նոր օջախում վառվող կրակը, այդ օջախներում հնչող նորածին մանկան ճիչը:

Դա իր հողին կառչած, այն պահող ու շենացնող, մաքառող ու արարող հայն է, ով իր կոշտացած ու բռունցքված ձեռքերով, իր անկոտրում կամքի ուժով ու անսպառ եռանդով ապրում և ապրեցնում է Արցախը, դո՛ւք եք, սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը, ով այսօր այստեղ է, իր տանը, իր Հայրենիքում:

Դա Մայր Հայաստանն է՝ հայ ազգի գլխավոր առանցքն ու արժեքը, ազգային նպատակների ու իղձերի գլխավոր հանգրվանն ու երաշխավորը, որ միշտ թև ու թիկունք է կանգնում Արցախին և Սփյուռքին: Դա Մայր Հայաստանում ու Սփյուռքում բնակվող մեր քույրերն ու եղբայրներն են, ովքեր ամուր կանգնած են Արցախի կողքին և ապրում են Արցախի ցավով ու պայքարով: Կրելով համազգային պայքարում մեր բաժին խաչը՝ մենք մեծապես շնորհակալ ենք Մայր Հայաստանին ու աշխարհասփյուռ հայությանը իրենց անմնացորդ նվիրումի ու պայքարի համար:

Դա Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության խաղաղապահ զորախումբն է, որի իրականացրած առաքելությունն Արցախում մեծապես նպաստում է խաղաղության ու կայունության պահպանմանը մեր տարածաշրջանում: Մենք խորապես շնորհակալ ու երախտապարտ ենք մեր բարեկամներին:

Դա Հայրենիքի համար մարտիրոսված մեր հերոսներն են, ովքեր անմահ են, հավերժ են, ինչպես անմահ է նրանց թողած գործը, որի շարունակողն ենք մենք՝ բոլորս:

Ուրեմն, հանուն մեր նահատակների սուրբ հիշատակի, նրանց երազանքների իրականացման, նրանց սերունդների ապագայի՝ մենք պարտավոր ենք և կանենք հնարավորը, որպեսզի դարեր ի վեր կանգուն ու անառիկ Արցախը միշտ լինի այդպիսին:

Հենց այս գիտակցումով էլ եկեք դիմավորենք Նոր տարին: Թող 2022 թվականը մեր ժողովրդին ու Հայրենիքին բերի խաղաղություն, տոկունություն, հույս ու հավատ:
