Թուրքական լիրան շարունակում է անկումը

Չորեքշաբթի թուրքական լիրան ընկել է 2.6 տոկոսով, ինչն էլ ավելի է խարխլել նախորդ շաբաթվա աճը, քանի որ աճող գնաճի եւ ոչ ավանդական դրամավարկային քաղաքականության հետ կապված մտահոգությունները պահպանվում են, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը:
Շուկան գրեթե չի արձագանքել Կենտրոնական բանկի (CBRT) քաղաքականության փաստաթղթին մինչեւ 2022 թվականը, որում ասվում է, որ այն կհետեւի արտարժույթի շուկայի հետ կապված ռիսկերին եւ կանի այն ամենը, ինչ անհրաժեշտ է դրա անխափան գործունեությունն ապահովելու համար:
Լիրան դոլարի նկատմամբ իջել է մինչեւ 12.11: Չնայած նրան, որ անցած շաբաթ կառավարության միջամտությունից հետո այն աճել էր ավելի քան 50 տոկոսով, այս տարի այն կորցրել է իր արժեքի 39 տոկոսը:
«ԿԲ-ն չունի փոխարժեքի որեւէ մակարդակ սահմանելու պարտավորություն եւ արտարժույթի առքի կամ վաճառքի գործարքներ չի իրականացնելու՝ փոխարժեքների մակարդակը կամ ուղղությունը որոշելու համար»,- հայտարարել են բանկում:
Նա հայտարարել է, որ կօգտագործի պահուստային պահանջները՝ գների եւ ֆինանսական կայունության նպատակներին հասնելուն աջակցելու համար՝ հավելելով, որ այլ կենտրոնական բանկերի հետ սվոփային համաձայնագրեր ստորագրելու բանակցությունները կշարունակվեն։
Անցյալ շաբաթ լիրան ամրապնդվեց 50 տոկոսի մակարդակում այն բանից հետո, երբ Կենտրոնական բանկը միլիարդավոր դոլարների ներդրում կատարեց շուկայի ինտերվենցիաների եւ կառավարության գործողությունների համար՝ որոշակի ավանդների գծով արտարժույթի կորուստները ծածկելու համար՝ արժույթը վերադարձնելով նոյեմբերի կեսերի մակարդակին:
Անցյալ շաբաթ նախագահ Թայիփ Էրդողանը հրապարակեց ավանդատուների համար արտարժութային ավանդները լիրայի փոխակերպելու խթանը, որի համաձայն Գանձապետարանը եւ Կենտրոնական բանկը կվերականգնեն ավանդների ժամանակաշրջանում լիրայի արժեքի անկման պատճառով կրած կորուստները:
Էրդողանի հայտարարությունից առաջ լիրան ընկավ մինչեւ մեկ դոլարի դիմաց 18.4 ռեկորդային ցածր մակարդակ այն բանից հետո, երբ մի քանի ամիս շարունակ թուլանում էր՝ նախագահի կողմից առաջարկվող տոկոսադրույքների մի շարք կրճատումների հետեւանքով գնաճի աճի կապակցությամբ մտավախությունների պատճառով:
Դեկտեմբերին տարեկան 30.6 տոկոս գնաճ է կանխատեսվում:
Թրեյդերների հաշվարկների համաձայն` Կենտրոնական բանկի զուտ արտարժութային պահուստները, առանց սվոփերի, անցյալ շաբաթ նվազել են մոտ 8 միլիարդ դոլարով, ընդ որում, մեծ մասն ընկել է շաբաթվա առաջին երկու օրերին: Անցած ուրբաթ օրվա դրությամբ դրանք ընկելեն 17-18 միլիարդ դոլարով այն ամսվա սկզբից, երբ բանկը սկսեց իր ուղիղ միջամտությունները:
