Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանը հաստատել է, որ անցյալ տարի փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրել

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանն ամեն ինչ անում է, որ ստանա ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանի պաշտոնը: Ռուսաստանից թելադրված ոչ հայանպաստ փաստաթղթեր է ստորագրում, հրապարակային հարցազրույցներում քծնում է ՌԴ իշխանություններին: Մոսկվայի հայության շրջանում նույնիսկ լուրեր են պտտվում, որ այդ հարցը լուծված է, բայց Հարությունյանը свадебный генерал է լինելու, իսկ դեսպանի աշխատանքը կատարելու են բոլորովին այլ՝ Փաշինյանի վստահությունը վայելող մարդիկ: Մյուս կողմից, լուրեր կան, որ Փաշինյանն էլ դեռ չի կողմնորոշվել Հարությունյանի հարցում, եւ որոշակի դիմադրություն կա ռուսական կողմից: 

Ամիսներ առաջ ԶԼՄ-ները, այդ թվում՝ «Հրապարակը», անդրադարձել էին Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանի՝ ռուսական կողմի հետ ստորագրած պայմանագրին, որի հիման վրա անցած դեկտեմբերին Սյունիքի դիրքերի պաշտպանությունը հանձնելով ռուս սահմանապահներին՝ հայկական զորքերը Սյունիքից հետ քաշվեցին: ՊՆ-ն հերքում էր դա՝ ասելով, թե նախարարն իրավունք չունի ստորագրել որեւէ փաստաթուղթ, որն առնչվում է ՀՀ սահմաններին, բայց նոյեմբերին, երբ Շոյգուն այցելել էր Հայաստան ու հանդիպել այն ժամանակվա նախարար Հարությունյանի հետ, նույն ՊՆ-ն հաղորդեց, որ երկու երկրների նախարարները ստորագրել են «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության գոտում ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի գործողությունների շրջանակը կարգավորող փաստաթղթերի փաթեթ»: 

Մենք փորձել էինք Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանից մեկնաբանություններ ստանալ մեկ տարի առաջ ծավալված իրադարձությունների, իր ստորագրած փաստաթղթերի վերաբերյալ, հարցնել, թե ի՞ր ստորագրությամբ են հայկական ուժերը դուրս բերվել Գորիս-Դավիթ Բեկ, Կապան-Ճակատեն հատվածից եւ այն փաստացի հանձնել ադրբեջանցիներին, սակայն նա ոչ մի կերպ կապ չհաստատեց մեզ հետ, ո՛չ նամակներին պատասխանեց, ո՛չ զանգերին: Եվ ահա, օրերս «Զինուժ մեդիա» իշխանական ռեսուրսին տված հարցազրույցում ի վերջո նա փաստեց, որ նման փաստաթուղթ ստորագրվել է: «Ռուսաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունները թույլ են տալիս ասել, որ այդ ճանապարհների անվտանգությունն ապահովված է,- ասել էր Հարությունյանը եւ հավելել։- Գորիս-Դավիթ Բեկ 21 կիլոմետրանոց ճանապարհը հսկողության տակ են վերցնում ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորքերը։

Մեր սահմանապահ զորքերը կանգնում են մեր տարածքում եւ վիզուալ վերահսկում են այդ ճանապարհը՝ ապահովելով երկրորդ շերտի անվտանգությունը։ Մեր սահմանապահ զորքերի հետեւում կանգնած է մեր բանակը, եւ ձեռք է բերված պայմանավորվածություն, որ մեր սահմանապահ զորքերի եւ ճանապարհի այդ հատվածում որեւիցե զորք չի լինելու։ Նույնը վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանին. վիզուալ հսկողության տակ ադրբեջանական սահմանապահ զորքերն են, հետեւում՝ իրենց զորքը։ Այնտեղ էլ սահմանապահ զորքերի եւ ճանապարհի արանքում չպետք է լինի որեւէ զինված ստորաբաժանում»։

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարն այս հարցազրույցում զավեշտալի եւ հակասական մտքեր էլ է հայտնել: Օրինակ, որ Գորիս-Դավիթ Բեկ ճանապարհն անվտանգ է, բայց միաժամանակ հորդորել է սյունեցիներին, որ եթե այդտեղով անցնելիս նրանց հետ ինչ-որ բան պատահի, անմիջապես կապվեն ԱԱԾ թեժ գծի հետ:
