ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի հաճախորդները հիփոթեքային վարկի գծով եկամտային հարկի վերադարձը կիրականացնեն հեռահար

Համաձայն ՀՀ Կառավարության նոր որոշման՝ Հիփոթեքային վարկերի գծով վճարված տոկոսների վերադարձի գործընթացը 2022թ․ հունվարի 1-ից իրականացվելու է նոր թվայնացված ընթացակարգով: 

Հաճախորդներն այլևս կարիք չեն ունենա յուրաքանչյուր եռամսյակի ավարտից հետո դիմելու Բանկ և ստանալու հիփոթեքի գծով վճարված տոկոսների մասին տեղեկանք/քաղվածք: Փոխարենը՝ Բանկի հաճախորդները պարզապես կարող են իրենց նախընտրած հեռահար տարբերակով Բանկին ուղարկել հարցում-համաձայնություն, որի հիման վրա Բանկը յուրաքանչյուր եռամսյակ անհրաժեշտ տեղեկատվությունը ավտոմատ կփոխանցի համապատասխան լիազոր մարմնին: 

Հաճախորդներն իրենց համաձայնությունը կարող են տրամադրել հետևյալ հեռահար եղանակներով՝

  • Բանկի պաշտոնական կայքում` «Online հայտեր» բաժնում՝ «Տեղեկանքի պատվիրում» ենթաբաժնում լրացնելով կարճ դիմում՝ «Տեսակ» պատուհանից ընտրելով «Հիփոթեքի %-ների մասին ԱՔՌԱ տվյալների փոխանցման համաձայնություն» տարբերակը:
  • Mobile/Internet Banking հավելվածի միջոցով՝ «Կապ» բաժնում  ընտրելով «Հետադարձ կապ Բանկի հետ» տարբերակը և նշելով հաղորդագրության տիպը՝ «Համաձայնություն հիփոթեքի % ԱՔՌԱ փոխանցում» և հաղորդագրության մեջ նշելով հիփոթեքի պայմանագրի համարը:

Համաձայնության հայտի ուղարկումից հետո մեկ աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում հաճախորդի էլեկտրոնային հասցեին Բանկի կողմից կուղարկվի պատասխան նամակ, որով կհաստատվի Բանկի կողմից հաճախորդի համաձայնության ստացման փաստը:  

Ուշադրություն: Վերը նշված գործընթացից բացի, հաճախորդը պետք է ներկայացնի էլեկտրոնային դիմում Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտե` համաձայն ՀՀ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի պաշտոնական հրապարակման: Բանկին համաձայնություն տալուն զուգահեռ՝ հաճախորդին անհրաժեշտ է գրանցվել «Անհատական հաշիվների տեղեկատվական պորտալ» համակարգում և ՀՀ ՊԵԿ ուղարկել էլեկտրոնային եղանակով լրացված Հիփոթեքային վարկի վճարված տոկոսների չափով եկամտային հարկի գումարների վերադարձման նպատակով հարկային մարմնի կողմից սահմանված ձևի տեղեկանք՝ հաշվետու եռամսյակում վարկառուի կողմից վճարման ենթակա վճարված գումարների մասին՝ ըստ վարկի մարման ժամանակացույցի: 

Մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն նոր գործընթացի մասին հաճախորդները  կարող են ստանալ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկի մասնաճյուղերում կամ զանգահարել Բանկի Կոնտակտային կենտրոն՝ 87-87 հեռախոսահամարով:
