Քավության նոխազների փնտրտուքով․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շարունակում է իր ապօրինությունները

Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանն օրեր առաջ մերժել է պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի կալանավորման դեմ պաշտպանների բողոքն ու անփոփոխ է թողել առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը։ Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ շուրջ 4,7 միլիոն դոլար գումարի յուրացման համար մեղադրվող Տոնոյանը արդեն շուրջ երեք ամիս է՝ կալանավորված է։ Նրա կալանքի ժամկետը մեկ ամիս առաջ է երկարաձգվել։ Նախաքննական մարմինն էլ նախաքննության ավարտ է հայտարարել Դավիթ Տոնոյանի, ՊՆ ԳՇ պետ նախկին պետ Ստեփան Գալստյանի, ՊՆ-ին զենք մատակարարած ընկերության տնօրեն Դավիթ Գալստյանի ու ևս 4 անձի գործով նախաքննության ավարտ է հայտարարվել: Պաշտպանական կողմին ժամանակ է տրամադրվել՝ գործի նյութերին ծանոթանալու համար:
Բազմիցս ենք գրել, որ նախաքննական մարմնին այդպես էլ չի հաջողվել ապացուցել Տոնոյանի, «Պատրոն Դավիթի» և մյուսների մեղքը։ Փաստաբանները վստահ են, որ գործը դատարանում փլուզվելու է, սակայն փաշինյանական վարչախումբը շարունակում է անազատության մեջ պահել պաշտպանութան նախկին նախարարին, զենքի գլխավոր մատակարարին և բարձրաստիճան զինվորականների։ Նիկոլ Փաշինանն այս փուլում մեկ հարց է փորձում լուծել՝ ամեն գնով հանրությանը համոզել, թե ինքը մեղավոր չէ պատերազմում կրած պարտության համար։ Իսկ դրա համար նրան քավության նոխազներ են հարկավոր, որոնց վրա կբարդի առաջին հերթին անորակ սպառազինություն ձեռքբերելու մեղքը։ Իհարկե, նախաքննական մարմինն այդպես էլ հրաժարվեց բավարարել փաստաբանների միջնորդությունը, փորձաքննություն իրականացնել գնված հրթիռների մասով, թեև փաստաբաններն ու նրանց պաշտպանյալները պնդում էին, որ զենքը գնվել է շուկայական գներով և բոլորովին էլ անորակ ու ժամկետանց չեն։
Այս իրավիճակում, երբ չի հաջողվում ապացուցել «Պատրոն Դավիթի», Տոնոյան Դավիթի և այլոց մեղքը, Փաշինյանը փորձում է նրանց հնարավորինս երկար պահել անազատության մեջ, տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե գործող վարչախումբը քայլեր է ձեռնարկում պատերազմի հանգամանքների հետաքննություն իրականացնելու, մեղավորներին պատժելու։ Իրականում, բացարձակապես հակառակ պրոցեսն է գնում․ պատանդներ պահելով, հետաքննությունը ձգձգելու գնով ավելի երկար պահել սեփական իշխանությունը, ընթացքում նոր դավադրություններ մոգոնելով, քավության նոխազներ գտնելով։ Իսկ հանրությունն արդեն տարուց ավելի սպասում է, որպեսզի ստանա իրենց հուզող կարևոր հարցերի պատասխանները։
