1) Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների անհրաժեշտությունը իշխանությունների կողմից որևէ կերպ չի հիմնավորվել, և ինքնին սահմանադրական անվտանգության ռսիկ է նման ձևով հարցի բարձրացումը: Զսպման ու հակակշռման որոշակի բարեփոխման համար` փոխեք առնվազն օրենքներ, որը չեք արել ու չեք անում:
2) Երևանի իշխանությունն ունի անհաղթահարելի լեգիտիմության դեֆիցիտ: Հաղթահարման միակ ճանապարհը` Երևանի արտահերթ ընտրություններ: Դա է ժողովրդավարության պահանջը»,- գրել է Վարդևանյանը։
