Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կրկին հակասում է ինքն իրեն
POLITICSՆիկոլ Փաշինյանի երեկվա առցանց ասուլիսը բավականին երկակի տպավորություն թողեց, այն իմաստով, որ վարչապետի հարց ու պատասխանը վերածվեց հերքումների և հակասությունների հիթ շքերթի: Իսկ հերքում և հակասում էր Փաշինյանը հենց ինքն իրեն:
Դիցուք՝ շաբաթներ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, որ սեպտեմբերյան պատերազմը չի կանգնեցրել, որովհետև չէր կարող թույլ տալ, որպեսզի ադրբեջանցիները վերադառնային այն ժամանակ դեռևս հայկական կողմի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող Շուշի: Երեկ Փաշինյանը հայտարարում է, որ ԼՂԻՄ-ում պետք է ապրեն նաև ադրբեջանցիներ, դա անխուսափելի է:
Շաբաթներ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսում էր այն մասին, որ ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ անկլավների փոխանակում կարող է տեղի ունենալ, արդյունքում հայկական կողմին կվերադարձվի Արծվաշենը: Երեկ պարզվեց անկլավների գոյության մասին անգամ իրավական հիմք Փաշինյանն իր ձեռքի տակ մինչ այս պահը չունի:
Պատերազմի օրերին Փաշինյանը խոսում էր այն մասին, որ Թուրքիան շարունակում է հայերի ցեղասպանության իր հրեշավոր ծրագիրն ու ձեռագիրը, երեկ Փաշինյանը խոսեց այն մասին, որ Թուրքիայի հետ խաղաղության հաստատման օրակարգն այլընտրանք չունի:
Մեկ տարի առաջ Փաշինյանը և իր ԱԳՆ-ն դեմ էին, որպեսզի Ադրբեջանը անդամակցի ԵԱՏՄ-ին, անգամ սպառնում էին վետո կիրառել, երեկ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ այդ հարցը կարելի է քննարկել:
2018-ին և դրանից հետո Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, որ կիսանախագահահական կառավարման համակարգը պետք է փոխվի և անցում կատարվի նախագահական կառավարման համակարգին: Երեկ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ կողմ է, որպեսզի պահպանվի կիսանախագահական համակարգը:
2018-ին Փաշինյանը խոստանում էր, որ մինչև 2024 թվական ջրի սակագնի բարձրացում տեղի չի ունենա, երեկ էլ փորձում էր համոզել, որ եթե այսօր սակագինը չբարձրանար, ապա այն շեշտակի բարձրանալու էր հենց 2024-ին: Իսկ 2018-ին այդ հաշվարկը Փաշինյանը չէր արե՞լ, թերացե՞լ էր:
Ամիսներ առաջ Փաշինյանը հայտարարում էր, որ երկրում կոռուպցիայի ողնաշարը ջարդված է: Երեկ էլ պնդում էր, որ գրեթե յուրաքանչյուր շաբաթ հարկային կամ իրավապահ համակարգի ներկայացուցիչ է բռնվում կոռուպցիոն գործարքների վրա: Ասել է թե՝ կոռուպցիան որևէ տեղ չի անհետացել:
Ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն, ինքն իրեն հակասելով, վեր է հանում այն հանգամանքը, որ կամ ամիսը մեկ փոխում է դիրքորոշումն առանցքային հարցերի, խնդիրների վերաբերյալ, կամ էլ խոստացածի պես հանրության հետ անկեղծ և բաց զրուցելու պատրաստ չէ, հակառակ դեպքում` ամիսը մեկ նույն հարցի վերաբերյալ տարբեր մեկնաբանություններ վարչապետից չէինք լսի...
