«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
regnum.ru-ն «Քաղաքագետ. «Այսպիսի Հայաստանի հետ ոչ ոք լրջորեն չի խոսի»» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ առաջիկայում իրավիճակը Հայաստանում գնալով ավելի մռայլ է դառնալու: Այդ մասին REGNUM-ի թղթակցին ասել է քաղաքագետ, kavkazoved.info կայքի գլխավոր խմբագիր Անդրեյ Արեշևը։ Ըստ փորձագետի, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ռեժիմը բավականաչափ կայունություն է դրսևորել թե՛ հասարակական կարծիքի հետ կապված իր մշակած մանիպուլ յատիվ տեխնիկայի, թե՛ արտաքին՝ հատկապես ոստիկանության բավականին նշանակալի աջակցության շնորհիվ։ Հայաստանի ուժային կառույցները շարունակելու են ակտիվորեն ցրել առանց այն էլ քիչ բողոքի ակցիաները։
Բայց Հայաստանում բողոքի տրամադրությունները ոչ մի տեղ էլ չեն կորել և կավելանան սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակի վատացմանը զուգահեռ, ասել է քաղաքագետը։ Այնուամենայնիվ, այդ տրամադրությունները կարող են դրսևորվել ոչ այնքան ակտիվ, որքան պասիվ ձևով: Փորձագետը կարծում է, որ երկրից արտագաղթը կավելանա, և դա կլինի «ոտքերով քվեարկություն»։
«Իսկ այն քաղաքականությունը, որ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմը վարում են բանակի՝ հայոց պետականության այդ ողնաշարի նկատմամբ, իրականում այն վարկաբեկելու քաղաքականություն է։ Բավական է միայն այդ առումով նայել պաշտպանության նախարարի անձին»,- ասել է փորձագետը։
Ըստ Արեշևի, այդ ամենը չի նպաստում պետական ինստիտուտների և, որպես այդպիսին, կառավարման համակարգի կայունությանը։ Ուստի, ենթադրվում է մշտական անկայունություն և մշտական խնդիրներ սահմաններին, որոնց պաշտպանությունը դե ֆակտո վստահված է ռուս սահմանապահներին։
«Այս ամենն աննկատ չի մնում արտաքին դիտորդների կողմից և ավելի է խարխլում հայկական պետության հեղինակությունը, ավելի ճիշտ՝ նրանից մնացածի հեղինակությունը։ Նման պետության հետ ոչ ոք լրջորեն չի խոսում», - ասել է քաղաքագետը։ Արեշևը կարծում է, որ Հայաստանում տնտեսական իրավիճակի բարելավում չի կարող լինել, ընդհակառակը, աճում է արտաքին պարտքը, ամեն ինչ թանկանում է։ Իսկ ամենակարևոր բացասական գործոններից մեկը մարդկանց կողմից անձնական անվտանգության զգացման կորուստն է, ինչը միայն ավելի է մեծացնում արտագաղթը երկրից։
