«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Երևանի ավագանու՝ քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանին անվստահություն հայտնելու նիստում քպականների՝ Մարությանին սևացնելուն միտված և «հեղափոխությանն» ու դրա «առաջնորդին» գովերգող «բոցաշունչ» ելույթները բավականին ծանր տպավորություն թողեցին: Կան տեղեկություններ, որ դրանք բոլորը կա՛մ հեղինակել, կա՛մ արմատապես խմբագրել է անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Սակայն, շատերի կարծիքով, դրանք հակառակ էֆեկտ ունեցան: Նույնը կարելի է ասել նաև Երևանի ավագանու անդամ Լևոն Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքի մասին, որի անունը հանրության լայն շրջանակներին բացարձակ ոչինչ չի ասում: Նա այս քննարկումների մեջ հանկարծ հիշել էր ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանին:

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, սա պատահական չէ, քանի որ իշխանությունների մեջ զգալի են վախերը Վանեցյանի վարկանիշի և հանրության շրջանում նրանից ունեցած սպասելիքների առումով: Ի դեպ, կան տեղեկություններ, որ Վանեցյանի պաշտոնավարման ժամանակ ևս Փաշինյանին հանգիստ չեն տվել նշյալ գործոնները:

Ի դեպ, ավագանու վերոնշյալ անդամի խոսքում մի շարք մանիպուլ յատիվ էլեմենտներ կան, որոնք ևս պատահական չեն նետվել, քանզի իշխանություններն էլ գիտեն, որ Արթուր Վանեցյանը երբեք ՔՊ քաղաքական թիմի կամ հեղափոխական հարթակի ներկայացուցիչ չի եղել և աշխատանքի բնույթով ընդամենն իր ծառայությունն է մատուցել երկրին, իսկ հեռանալով՝ հնչեցրել հայտնի «կա՛նգ առ» ահազանգը:
