Հայաստանի ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեի նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը նախօրեին ընդունել է ծանրամարտի հավաքականի մարզչական կազմին։ Հավաքականը նոր է վերադարձել աշխարհի առաջնությունից, որտեղ թիմային հաշվարկում 6-րդ տեղն է զբաղեցրել, երեք մեդալ է բերել։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի համար այս արդյունքը անհաջողություն է։

«Հայկական ծանրամարտը միշտ էլ եղել է բարձունքում, մենք միշտ կարողացել ենք հաղթահարել բարձր նշաձող և ոչ մի դեպքում չպետք է թուլացնենք մեր դիրքերը»,- ասել է նա։

Անհաջողությունների պատասխանը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը պահանջել է ոչ թե մարզիկներից, այլ հենց մարզչական շտաբից, պահանջներ դրել ավելի խիստ լինելու, պարզելու անհաջողությունների պատճառները, ավելի լավ արդյունքներ ցուցաբերելու, հիմնավորապես պատրաստվելու 2024 թվականին Փարիզում կայանալիք օլիմպիական խաղերին։ Հենց սա է հայկական ծանրամարտի, հայկական սպորտի, ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեի հաջողության գաղտնիքը։

Պետք է հստակ պահանջներ դնել, ջանքերը համադրել, բարձրացնել պատասխանատվության զգացումը՝ ապագայում հաջողություններ գրանցելու համար։ Եվ այս հանգամանքը միայն սպորտին չէ, որ վերաբերում է։ Պետք է ոչ միայն խրախուսել հաջողությունները, այլև անհաջողությունների դեպքում գնալ դրանց հետևից, պարզել պատճառները, վերհանել խնդիրներն ու լուծել մեկ առ մեկ։ Ինչը և մեկ առանձին վերցրած ոլորտում իրականացնում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը։ Հայաստանի իշխանության բոլոր մարմինները պետք է օրինակ վերցնեն հայրենական սպորտի ղեկավարից, անուշադրության չմատնեն յուրաքանչյուր մանրուք, որովհետև այդ մանրուքներն էլ մեծանում և բերում են անհաջողությունների։ Ի վերջո, կա հստակ և հաջողված օրինակ, ինչպես մեկ առանձին ոլորտը բարձրացնել լուրջ դիրքերի, երբ աշխարհի մակարդակով 6-րդ տեղը զբաղեցնելը անհաջողություն կարելի է համարել, այլ ոչ ձեռքբերում։ Հայաստանի անունը պետք է վերականգնել թե՛ սպորտում, թե՛ միջազգային այլ ասպարեզներում, և դրա համար պետք է օրինակներ վերցնել հաջողված գործերից։ Միայն այդպես հնարավոր կլինի վերականգնել և վերականգնվել։
