INTERNATIONAL NEWSԹուրքիան խոչընդոտել է արտաքին եւ ներքին ուժերի կողմից սպեկուլյատիվ ֆինանսական խաղերին։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Էրդողանը, գրում է Reuters-ը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ լիրայով դեպոզիտների պաշտպանության միջոցները արժութային ճգնաժամի պայմաններում հասել են իրենց նպատակին, քանի որ լիրան կայունացել է այս շաբաթ փոփոխական ցատկից հետո։
Երկուշաբթի եւ երեքշաբթի օրերին կտրուկ ամրապնդվելուց հետո լիրան էժանացել է 0,6%-ով՝ հասնելով մեկ դոլարի դիմաց 12,48-ի։ Նախքան Էրդողանը երկուշաբթի օրը կհայտարարեր կառավարության ծրագրի մասին, արժույթը նվազել է մինչեւ ռեկորդային ցածր ցուցանիշ՝ 18,40 մեկ դոլարի դիմաց: Դրանից հետո այն սկսել է ագրեսիվ աճել թեժ առեւտրի պայմաններում։ Նոր միջոցները ծանրաբեռնում են գանձապետարանը եւ ստիպում թուրքերին դեպոզիտները պահել լիրայով այն բանից հետո, երբ շատ թուրքեր իրենց խնայողությունները վերածել են դոլարի:
«Ազատ շուկայական տնտեսության կանոնների շրջանակներում փոխարժեքը ողջամիտ մակարդակի հասցնելու մեր հայտարարած ծրագիրը հասել է իր նպատակին»,-ասել է Էրդողանը իր իշխող «Արդարություն եւ զարգացում» կուսակցության օրենսդիրներին՝ վերահաստատելով տոկոսադրույքները իջեցնելու իր ցանկությունը:
Կառավարության պարտավորությունը՝ ծածկել ավանդատուների կորուստները լիրայի հետագա արժեզրկման դեպքում, նշանակում է, որ ցանկացած թուլացում կարող է առաջացնել գնաճ եւ մեծացնել բյուջեի դեֆիցիտը՝ ասում են բանկիրներն ու վերլուծաբանները:
JPMorgan-ը նշում է, որ դեֆիցիտը վեց ամսում կավելանա ՀՆԱ-ի 1%-ով, եթե լիրայի փոխարժեքն իջնի 12%-ով:
Կենտրոնական բանկը երեքշաբթի հայտնել է, որ կաջակցի արտարժույթով դեպոզիտային հաշիվների փոխարկմանը լիրայով։
Էրդողանի ճնշման ներքո Կենտրոնական բանկը սեպտեմբերից իջեցրել է տոկոսադրույքները 500 բազիսային կետով: Նա խոստացել է շարունակել ցածր տոկոսադրույքների իր քաղաքականությունը՝ մինչդեռ ընդդիմադիր կուսակցությունները կոչ են արել արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնել արժույթի փլուզման պատճառով:
Տնտեսագետներն ասում են, որ Էրդողանի՝ ցածր տոկոսադրույքի մոդելը անմիտ է եւ ակնկալում են, որ հաջորդ տարի գնաճը կհասնի 30 տոկոսի՝ այժմյան ավելի քան 21 տոկոսից:
