Ասում են, թե ես շեղվել եմ հեղափոխական արժեքներից, հիմա տեսնենք, թե ով է իրականում շեղվել։ Այս մասին Երևանի ավագանու նիստին հայտարարեց քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը․ «2018 թվականի արտահերթ ընտրություններից հետո մի օր իմացանք, որ կառավարության հեղափոխական անդամները գաղտնի որոշմամբ կտրուկ բարձրացրել են իրենց աշխատավարձերը։ Օրինակ նախարարները 1,5 միլիոն դրամ են ստանում՝ մաքուր գումար, փոխնախարարները՝ մեկ միլիոն։ Գաղտնի որոշմամբ, հեղափոխական նախարարները։

Ես չեմ խոսում պետական համակարգի, այսպես կոչված տեխնոկրատ անդամների մասին, որոնք անկախ ամեն ինչից պրոֆեսիոնալներ են ու պետք է գնահատավեն  աշխատանքի համար։ Ես խոսում եմ գաղափարական հեղափոխականների մասին, հեղափոխությանը մասնակցած ու հեղափոխության շնորհիվ պաշտոն ստացածների մասին»։

«Ես կարծում է, թե հեղափոխականի գերնպատակը պետք է լինի բարելավել ուրիշների կյանքը, սակայն իրականության մեջ եկան ու սկսեցին բարելավել իրենց կյանքը։ Այն դեպքում, երբ երկրում բնակչության աղքատության ցուցանիշը 30 տոկոսի սահմաններում էր։

Կասեն, թե ինչու չէի խոսում։ Ես բազմիցս այդ հարցը բարձրացրել եմ ՔՊ-ում, թիմի ներսում, տարբեր մակարդակներում, որևէ արձագանք չի եղել։ Կարծես թե այդպես էլ պետք է լինի»։

Հայկ Մարությանը հայտարարեց, որ ՔՊ-ից դուրս գալու մասին որոշում ավելի վաղ էր կայացրել, սակայն պատերազմը այդ գործընթացը մի քանի ամսով հետաձգեց։ ՔՊ-ից դուրս  գալու դիմում ներկայացրել է 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 7-ին, դիմումն էլ ներկայացրել է Սուրեն Պապիկյանին։
