Իսրայելում ՀՀ դեսպանն ու մշակույթի նախկին նախարարը փողեր են լվացել․ 550․ 000 դոլարի ձևական օտարում են արել
POLITICSՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում կատարված քննչական և դատավարական մեծածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ «Արտասահմանյան երկրների հետ մշակութային կապի և համագործակցության հայկական ընկերություն» հասարակական կազմակերպության /այսուհետ` ՀԿ/ նախագահության անդամ Գոռ Դավթյանը, ինչպես նաև նույն ՀԿ-ի կողմից հիմնադրված «ԱՕԿՍ» ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրեն, ՀԿ-ի նախագահ, Իսրայելում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Արմեն Սմբատյանը և առաջին փոխնախագահ, ՀՀ մշակույթի նախկին նախարար Հասմիկ Պողոսյանը, նախնական համաձայնությամբ հանցավոր գործունեության արդյունքում ստացված և ՀԿ-ին սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող, Երևան քաղաքի Աբովյան 3 հասցեում գտնվող գույքի ծագման աղբյուրն ու պատկանելիությունը թաքցնելու և խեղաթյուրելու նպատակով, կատարել են ձևական օտարման գործարքներ և ՀԿ-ի խորհրդի որոշմամբ հիմնադրված «ԱՕԿՍ» ՍՊԸ-ի 100 տոկոս բաժնեմասը 550.000 ԱՄՆ դոլարով ձևական գործարքի արդյունքում օտարել են օֆշորում՝ Բրիտանական Վիրջինյան կղզիներում գրանցված ընկերությանը, որի տնօրենն է հանդիսացել հիշյալ ՀԿ-ի առաջին փոխնախագահ հանդիսացող, ՀՀ մշակույթի նախկին նախարար Հասմիկ Պողոսյանի որդու կինը՝ Ֆրանչեսկա Կուտրուպին, ով իր հերթին 100 տոկոս բաժնեմասի 50 տոկոսը վաճառել է ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Արմեն Սմբատյանի ընկեր Սարգիս Մարտիրոսյանին և ՀԿ նախագահության անդամ Գոռ Դավթյանի մայր Ադելա Ստեփանյանին:
Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնի վարույթում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 190-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասին 1-ին կետով քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրյալներ Արմեն Սմբատյանի և Գոռ Դավթյանի մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է և քրեական գործը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է ՀՀ դատախազություն` դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ:
Սույն քրեական գործով մյուս մեղադրյալ Հասմիկ Պողոսյանի մասով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է, վերջինիս նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում և խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
