ԿԳՄՍՆ պարզաբանումը՝ կիսամյակային գրավոր աշխատանքներից բացակայած սովորողների գնահատման մասին
POLITICSՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարությունն այս օրերին ստանում է բազմաթիվ զանգեր և բանավոր հարցումներ էլեկտրոնային մատյաններում կիսամյակային գրավոր աշխատանքներից բացակայած աշակերտների ամփոփիչ գնահատման վերաբերյալ, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունը:
Այս առնչությամբ նախարարությունը հարկ է համարում տեղեկացնել, որ 2017-2018թթ. ուսումնական տարվանից գործում են մեթոդական ցուցումներ ՀՀ հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններում գնահատման համակարգի կիրառման վերաբերյալ։
Այդ ցուցումներով նկարագրված են նաև ստուգման որևէ տեսակից սովորողի բացակայության դեպքում տվյալ աշխատանքի հետագա հանձնման ձևերը։
Համաձայն մեթոդական ցուցումներին՝ թեմատիկ, գործնական կամ կիսամյակային ամփոփիչ աշխատանքից բացակայած սովորողն այն պետք է հանձնի երկշաբաթյա ժամկետում, իսկ հարգելի բացակայության դեպքում հանձնման ժամկետը կարող է երկարացվել մինչև տվյալ կիսամյակի ամփոփումը:
Կիսամյակային ամփոփիչ, թեմատիկ կամ գործնական աշխատանքներից սովորողի բացակա լինելը նշելու համար մատյանի համապատասխան վանդակում գրվում է «բ» տառը, իսկ վերևի մասում գրանցվում է հետագա հանձնումից ստացված թվանշանը: Հանձնման գործընթացը կարգավորում է դասավանդող ուսուցիչը` սովորողի` լրացուցիչ հանձնումից ստացած գնահատականը գրանցելով դասամատյանի՝ վերը նշված «բ» տառով նշումի վանդակում: Այս դեպքում սովորողի բացական փաստացի չեղարկվում է:
Եթե մինչև կիսամյակի ամփոփումը սովորողը չի հանձնում կիսամյակային ամփոփիչ աշխատանքը, ապա այդ աշխատանքին տրվում է «1» միավոր։
Թեմատիկ աշխատանքը գրավոր եղանակով իրականացնելու անհնարինության դեպքում (օրինակ՝ համավարակի պայմաններում), ըստ մեթոդական ցուցումների, նախատեսվում է այն կազմակերպել բանավոր՝ աշխատանքի ողջ ընթացքը որակյալ տեսաձայնագրելու պայմանով։ Այս եղանակով աշխատանքը կազմակերպելու տեխնիկական հնարավորություն ունեն բոլոր դպրոցները։
Գնահատման հաճախականությունը որոշելու հարցում դպրոցներին տրված է ինքնուրույնություն՝ հանրակրթության պետական նոր չափորոշչի տրամաբանությամբ։ Կիսամյակի ընթացքում բանավոր հարցումների, գործնական և թեմատիկ աշխատանքների նվազագույն թիվը մանկավարժական խորհրդի որոշմամբ սահմանում է ուսումնական հաստատությունը՝ առաջնորդվելով առարկայի՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության կողմից հաստատված ծրագրով, գնահատման մեթոդաբանությամբ և մեթոդական ցուցումներով։
