Ի՞նչ պայմանով հանձնվեցին ադրբեջանցի 2 ռազմագերիները
ANALYSISԻնչպես հայտնել էինք, դեկտեմբերի 18-ին, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պահպանության տեղամասերից մեկում, հայ դիրքապահների կողմից ձերբակալվել էին Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ երկու սահմանախախտ զինծառայողներ, որոնք հաջորդ օրը հանձնվեցին Ադրբեջանին:
Հատկանշական է, որ իշխանական թևից այդպես էլ չի բացատրվում, թե ինչ պայմանավորվածության հիման վրա են ադրբեջանցի ռազմագերիներին հանձնել Բաքվին: Այսօր էլ Ազգային ժողովի Պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում չակերտներ չբացելով, ասաց, որ իշխանության այդ քայլը բխում էր Հայաստանի հանրապետության շահերից: Հավելենք նաև, որ այսքան ժամանակ Բաքուն հայ ռազմագերիների է վերադարձրել հայրենիք հիմնականում ականապատ տարածքների քարտեզների դիմաց:
Այս թեմայով ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com -ը զրուցեց «Իրավական ուղի» ՀԿ համահիմնադիր, Արցախի նախկին ՄԻՊ Ռուբեն Մելիքյանի հետ, որը ներկայիս իշխանության կողմից տրամաբանական համարեց ադրբեջանցիների ռազմագերիների հանձնումը.
«Կարծում եմ, որ այդ 2 գերեվարված ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձը հայրենիք շատ տրամաբանական էր, քանի որ այս ընթացքում ակնհայտ է, որ այս իշխանությունը առավել շատ թուրքական և ադրբեջանական շահերին է սպասարկում, քան հայկական և այդ շրջանակում շատ սպասելի քայլ էր»,- ընդգծեց իրավապաշտպանը:
Մեր այն հարցին, թե ինչ է կարծում, արդյոք այդ 2 ադրբեջանցի զինվորները հանձնվել են հայ ռազմագերիների վերադարձի դիմաց, նա պատասխանեց, որ հնարավոր պայամանավորվածությունների վերաբերյալ որևէ տեղեկություն չունի. «Վստահ չեմ պայմանավորվածություն եղել է թե ոչ, բայց երբ որ քաղաքական նկատառումներով մարդկանց են ձերբակալում այնքան արագ բաց չեն թողնում, որքան որ թշնամու զինծառայողներին»,-նշեց Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը՝ հավելելով, որ ի հեճուկս ներկայիս կառավարությանը, դեռ ունենք իրենց պարտքը կատարող զինվորականներ, մարդիկ, որոնք որ կատարում են ՀՀ զինծառայողների պարտականությունները:
ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ը զրուցեց նաև «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Գեղամ Նազարյանի հետ, որը դեմ չէ ադրբեջանցի զինվորների հանձմանը, սակայն, ըստ նրա, դա պետք էր այլ կերպ լիներ. «Ես մարդասիրության կողմնակից եմ, բայց կարևոր է հասկանալ, որ մենք Ադրբեջանում այս պահին ունենք հայ ռազմագերիներ, խելամիտ կլիներ, որ միանգամից միջնորդների օգնությամբ որոշում կայացվեր բոլորը բոլորի դիմաց փոխանակմանը, ոչ թե առանց որևէ պայմանավորվածության հանձնեինք»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:
