Արթուր Վանեցյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության հարգելի՛ սպաներ, պատվարժան վետերաններ, սիրելի ընկերներ, սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ այս կարևոր և նշանակալի մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ։
 
Որպես ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության երկարամյա սպա, այդ կառույցի պաշտոնաթող ղեկավար, որպես զինակից ընկեր ու եղբայր կցանկանայի հենց այս կարևոր առիթով ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանի անվտանգության մարմինները և դրանց աշխատակիցները, անկախ քաղաքական վայրիվերումներից, պետք է մշտապես հանդես գան մեկ միասնական ու կուռ ընտանիքի կարգավիճակով, շարունակելով այն փառավոր ավանդույթները, որ մենք մշտապես ունեցել ենք որպես մեր հայրենիքի անվտանգության զինվորներ:
 
Վերջին շրջանում, ցավոք, մենք ականատեսն ենք դառնում որոշ աշխատակիցների՝ այդ թվում սպաների անընդունելի, սպայի պատիվն արատավորող, ողջ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության հեղինակությունն ստվերող գործողությունների: Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում նման վտանգավոր երևույթները պետք է բացառվեն, նման սպաների գործողությունները չեն կարող և չպետք է հանդուրժվեն՝ առաջին հերթին հենց համակարգի ներսում՝ կոլեգաների կողմից:
 
Անկախ օրվա իշխանությունների բնույթից, քաղաքական միջավայրից ու գործընթացներից՝ պետք է միշտ հիշել, որ մեր գիտելիքները և ունակությունները անհրաժեշտ է ի սպաս դնել բացառապես Հայաստանի ու Արցախի, մեր ժողովրդի ազգային ու պետական անվտանգության ապահովմանը, քանի որ մեզ ուսուցանել և դաստիարակել են հենց այդ ոգով՝ ծառայելու միայն և միայն Հայրենիքին։
 
Ի սրտե մաղթում եմ բոլորիդ քաջառողջություն, անփորձանք ու անվտանգ ծառայություն, անձնական ու գործնական բազում հաջողություններ՝ հանուն մեր հայրենիքի և ազգի վերածննդի ու անվտանգության։
