Շմոլ գազից թունավորված նույն ընտանիքի 4 երեխաները դուրս են գրվել «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցից

«Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիրի Թունաբանության և մանկական վերակենդանացման կլինիկայում դեկտեմբերի 18-ին հոսպիտալացվել էր նույն ընտանիքի 4 երեխա:
Նրանցից երկուսը տեղափոխվել էին բուժհաստատություն ծանր՝ ուշագնաց վիճակում: Նշենք, որ շմոլ գազից թունավորվել էր նաև երեխաների մայրը, որը առաջին բուժօգնություն է ստացել նույն կլինիկայում:

Համալսարանական մասնագետների կողմից որոշվել է երեխաների թունավորման մակարդակը, նշանակվել է բարոթերապիա` հիպերբարիկ օքսիգենացիա:
Բուժման արդյունքում երեխաների մոտ գրանցվել է դրական դինամիկա և նրանք արդեն դուրս են գրվել համալսարանական հիվանդանոցից: 

Շմոլ գազով թունավորման հիմնական պատճառը մեծ քանակներով վերջինիս ներշնչումն է: Թունավորումների քանակը հատկապես ձմռան ամիսներին կտրուկ ավելանում է:
Թունավորման նախնական ախտանշաններն են գլխացավը, գլխապտույտը, սրտխառնոցը, փսխումները, այդ պատճառով շատ հաճախ հնարավոր է շփոթել սննդային թունավորումների կամ գրիպի հետ: Ծանր թունավորումից կարող է տուժել նյարդային համակարգը, գլխուղեղը, վնասվել ուղեղի կեղևի նեյրոները, կարող են առաջանալ ցնցումներ, սրտի ռիթմի խանգարումներ, անգամ սրտի կանգ:

Տնային պայմաններում առաջին բուժօգնության հիմնական պայմանը տուժածին այդ միջավայրից արագ հեռացնելն ու հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելն է: Եթե թունավորման մակարդակը շատ բարձր է, ապա այս դեպքում ցուցված է թթվածնի մատակարարումը կատարել բարոխցիկում՝ ճնշման տակ, ինչի շնորհիվ լավացումն ավելի արագ տեղի կունենա:

Անհրաժեշտ է հաճախակի օդափոխել բնակարանը, հատկապես խոհանոցը, որտեղ գազօջախն անընդհատ վառվում է: Ուշադիր լինել գազախողովակներին. արդյոք լիարժեք ապահովո՞ւմ են արտանետումը, թե ոչ, քանի որ շատ դեպքերում խնդիրը հենց դրա հետ է կապված լինում, ինչպես նաև տեղադրել ազդանշանային սարքեր:

Հիշեցնենք, որ «Մուրացան» հիվանդանոցային համալիրի Թունաբանության և մանկական վերակենդանացման կլինիկան համալրվել է ամերիկյան արտադրության բարոխցիկով, որը կիրառվում է շմոլ գազից թունավորված երեխաների բուժման գործընթացում, ինչպես նաև այլ թունավորումների բուժման ժամանակ:
