Սերժ Սարգսյանի ամենակարևոր մեսիջը

«Թույլ չենք տալու հողատու դավաճաններին անվերջ շահարկել խաբված, հիասթափված, պարտությունից ընկճված ժողովրդի անունը՝ ապազգային և հակապետական որոշումներ կայացնելիս»,- Հայաստանի երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն է ասել նախօրեին՝ ՀՀԿ 17-րդ համագումարում:
Մեկուկես ժամ տևած իր ծավալուն ելույթում երրորդ նախագահն առանցքային մեսիջներ է հղել արտաքին ուժերին, ընդդիմադիր դաշտի տարբեր դերակատարների, այդ մեսիջներին անդրադառնալու, դրանք վերլուծելու ժամանակ և հնարավորություն դեռ կունենանք։ Ամենակարևոր ազդակը, որ ՀՀԿ նախագահը տվեց իր կուսակիցներին, սեփական ժողովրդից չնեղանալն է, ինչը, նշենք, հետպատերազմյան իրավիճակում չափազանց բարդ և դժվարամարս առաքելություն է։
«Ես ընդունել եմ և պատրաստ եմ էլի ընդունել սեփական սխալները: Եվ այստեղ ուզում եմ դիմել որոշակի շրջանակների. ձեր սխալն ինձ մի վերագրեք, խնդրում եմ: Ես ձեզ չեմ ստիպել մասնակիցը դառնալ այս արկածախնդրությանը, հետո գնալ և նախրի միջից պաչել ամենաբարձր զռացողի` էշի ճակատը: Եվ այնուհետև առասպելներ հորինել, թե իբր ես պայմանավորված եմ իշխանությունը հանձնել սրան, իբր համագործակցում եմ սրա հետ և այլ անհեթեթություններ»,- նշել է Սարգսյանն ու դիմել կուսակիցներին․ «Ես հիմա խնդրում և հորդորում եմ բոլորիդ՝ դադարեցնել հանդիմանել այսպես կոչված հեղափոխության մասնակիցներին: Չէ՞ որ նրանց մեջ եղել են բազմաթիվ բարի մղումներով մարդիկ, ովքեր հավատացել են, որ այդպես ավելի լավ երկիր կունենանք: Հայրենիքի համար այս ծանր օրերին մենք պարտավոր ենք ամեն ինչ անել միասնականության վերականգնման համար»:
Այս հայտարարությունն էական նշանակություն ունի։ Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո ընդդիմադիր դաշտի մի զգալի հատվածը սկսեց «ժեխ» ու «զոմբի» պիտակավորումներով խոսել հանրության հետ, փոխանակ գործուն մեթոդներ առաջ քաշելու, դեղատոմսեր ներկայացնելու, ընդդիմադիրները, ոչ առանց հիմքերի, գնացին վտանգավոր ճանապարհով։ Արդյունքում, խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրությունների ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հաջողվեց կոնցենտրացնել նախկին իշխանությունների դեմ ատելությունը, դրա հողի վրա կրկին մեծամասնութուն ստանալ Ազգային ժողովում։ ՀՀԿ-ն, իհարկե, նույնպես զերծ չմնաց այդ ախտահարումից, և այսօր՝ պատերազմից մեկ տարի անց կրկին կոտրած տաշտակի առջև ենք, իսկ «մարդկանց հույզերի, սպասումների, ոգևորության ալիքի վրա իշխանության եկած անհայրենիք պոպուլիստները շատ արագ մոռացան բոլոր խոստումները և ամենազազրելի մեթոդներով, հակասահմանադրական քայլերով ասպատակում են մեր պետությունը»:
Երրորդ նախագահն արձանագրում է, հայ ժողովուրդն, առհասարակ, անպատվություն չհանդուրժող ժողովուրդ է։ Եվ ընդդիմադիր միավորները, եթե ցանկանում են հաջողել հանուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության, պարտավոր են ոչ թե նսեմացնել սեփական ժողովրդի արժանապատվությունը, այլ քայլ առ քայլ բարձրացնել այն։
