«Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության սիրելի՛ աշխատակիցներ,
Ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Ազգային անվտանգության մարմինների աշխատողի օրվա առթիվ:
Հանրապետության առջև ծառացող ներքին ու արտաքին անվտանգային մարտահրավերների պայմաններում ավելի է ընդգծվում Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության դերը՝ ինչպես սահմանադրական կարգի, այնպես էլ իրեն վստահված սահմանների անառիկության պահպանման, ինքնիշխանության, տարատեսակ չերևացող սպառնալիքներից մեր երկրի պաշտպանության գործում: Այս առաքելությունը ԱԱԾ համակարգի աշխատակիցներն իրականացնում են մեծ պատասխանատվության գիտակցությամբ, անդադրում աշխատանքով, իրենց կոչմանը, հայրենիքին, պետականության գաղափարին, ծառայողական պարտքին նվիրվածության խորը զգացումով՝ պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի և գիտակցված ինքնազոհողության պատրաստակամության հենքին: Աշխատանք, որի մեծագույն մասի վերաբերյալ մեր հանրությունն իրավամբ տեղյակ չէ և որն ընթանում է առանց ավելորդ ցուցադրականության, հանրային հրապարակային գնահատանքի ակնկալիքի՝ առանձին դրվագներում վերածվելով հերսականության, անձնվիրության յուրօրինակ պատումների:
Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը նաև Հայաստանի ամուր և վստահելի պատվարն է միջազգային հանցավորության ամենատարբեր դրսևորումների առջև՝ սկսած էքստրեմիզմից, թրաֆիկինգից, մինչև թմրամիջոցների, զենքի ապօրինի շրջանառությունը: Անգնահատելի է այն սկզբունքայնությունն ու համառությունը, որը ծառայությունը և վերջինիս աշխատակիցները դրսևորում են ներքին ամենալուրջ անվտանգային մարտահրավերներից մեկը հանդիսացող կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում՝ տարբերակում չդնելով հնարավոր հանցանք կատարող սուբյեկտների միջև և առաջնորդվելով բացառապես օրենքով ու ծառայողական պատվախնդրությամբ:
Մեր պետականության ամենակայացած, զուսպ և յուրօրինակ ավանդույթներ ձևավորած համակարգերից մեկը լինելու հանգամանքը թույլ է տալիս հաղթահարելու շատ դեպքերում Հայաստանի շուրջ առկա անվտանգային կոնկրետ խնդիրների մասին անտեղյակությունից, սիրողական մակարդակի վերլուծումներից բխող՝ հանիրավի ու արհեստածին, երբեմն ակունքներում պետության հիմքերին անուղղակի հարվածելու մղումներ ունեցող թյուր գնահատումները և հավատարիմ մնալ իսկապես ազգային և պետականակենտրոն բնույթ ունեցող արժեքներին:
Մասնագիտական տոնի առթիվ կրկին շնորհավորելով Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության բոլոր աշխատակիցներին՝ մաղթում եմ առաջին հերթին արդյունավետ ծառայություն խաղաղության պայմաններում և հանուն մեր երկրի շուրջ արժանապատիվ հավերժ կայունության: Ցանկանում եմ, մեր պետության բարօրության հաստատման, զարգացման ու առաջընթացի մասնակիցը լինելով, մեր հայրենիքում ձեր ընտանիքների բարեկեցության, երեխաների երջանկության և հաջողությունների ականատեսը լինելով՝ փոխհատուցված զգաք այն վտանգավոր ու պատվաբեր, երբեմն հավուր պատշաճի չընկալվող ծառայության համար, որ ամեն օր անտրտունջ իրականացնում եք՝ մտապատկերում ունենալով բոլորիս երազած հզոր, հայացքով դեպի պայծառ ապագան հառված հայրենինքը»:
