Ադրբեջանը պատժամիջոցներ է մտցնում ԱՄՆ-ի դեմ

Անի Սանոսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Կատարվե´ց... Այսօր ադրբեջանցի պատգամավոր Ռովշան Ռզաևը հանդես է եկել օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությամբ, որն ըստ էության ամերիկացի Քրիստոֆեր Սմիթի «հակաադրբեջանական» օրինագծի պատասխանն է: Ինչպես հայտնի է, ԱՄՆ Հելսինկյան հանձնաժողովը Սմիթի գլխավորությամբ Կոնգրես է ներկայացնել մի օրինագիծ, որը նախատեսում է պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել Ադրբեջանի և այդ երկրի մի շարք պաշտոնյաների հանդեպ: Միլի Մեջլիսի մամուլի ծառայությունը դեռ երեկ հավաստիացնում էր, թե իբր օրինագիծն ընդունվել չի կարող, քանի որ ԱՄՆ վարչակազմը դեմ կլինի դրան: Այսօր, սակայն, կենացները քաղցրացել են, և նշված ծառայությունը Սմիթի նախաձեռնությունը հակաադրբեջանական է համարում ու խստագույնս դատապարտում:
Սույն Ռզաևը Միլի Մեջլիսի քաղաքականության և պետական շինարարության կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալն է, պատրաստել է մի օրինագիծ, որտեղ քննության է առնում, ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս՝ Մարդու իրավունքների վիճակը ԱՄՆ- ում: Փաստաթղթում նշված է, որ Ադրբեջանն իր անկախության տարիներին բազմիցս է առնչվել ԱՄՆ տարբեր կազմակերպությունների երկակի ստանդարտների քաղաքականությանը: Նախագծում ասված է, որ ամերիկյան որոշ կազմակերպություններ տարբեր պատրվակներով փորձում են միջամտել Ադրբեջանի ներքին ու արտաքին քաղաքականությանը: Ադրբեջանն իր հերթին հիշեցնում է, որ ԱՄՆ- ն ամեն կերպ խուսափում է ստորագրել Մարդու իրավունքներին վերաբերող ՄԱԿ- ի համաձայնագրերը: Մինչև այժմ, իբր, երեխաների պաշտպանության կոնվենցիային չի միացել միայն երկու երկիր՝ Սոմալին և ԱՄՆ- ը:
Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանականի նախագծով առաջարկվում է ԱՄՆ- ի հետ դադարեցնել էներգետիկայի, անվտանգության և ռազմական ոլորտների համագործակցությունը, կասեցնել ադրբեջանցի զինվորականների մասնակցությունը Աֆղանստանի խաղաղապահ գործողությանը, արգելել ԱՄՆ ռազմական և այլ բեռների տարանցիկ փոխադրումը Ադրբեջանի տարածքով, ինչպես նաև Ադրբեջանի ենթակառուցվածքների օգտագործումը... Այսքանը դեռ մի կերպ կարելի է ընկալել, բայց «մեծ էշը ախոռում է մնացել». պատգամավոր Ռզաևն առաջարկում է սկսել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահի պաշտոնից ԱՄՆ- ի հետկանչի գործընթացը:
Իրոք որ անկանխատեսելի ժամանակ ենք ապրում: Հարցն այն չէ, թե համեմատաբար փոքր Ադրբեջանը «քյալլա» է տալիս ԱՄՆ- ի պես գերտերության հետ. Սա, անշուշտ, նախագահ Ալիևի «հնարամտությունն է» ԱՄՆ- ին հասկացնելու, որ երկրի հորհրդարանականները ինքնուրույն նախաձեռնություններ են ցուցաբերում երկրի «թասիբը» պահելու նպատակով:
Ադրբեջանցիներին չէր խանգարի մի քիչ զգուշանալ, քանի որ, ինչպես ժողովուրդն է ասում՝ «փորձված աղվեսը զույգ ոտքով է թակարդն ընկնում»:
