ԱՄՆ-ը Ռուսաստանի որոշ առաջարկներ «անընդունելի» է անվանել

ԱՄՆ-ն պատրաստ է իր դաշնակիցների հետ քննարկել Ռուսաստանի առաջարկները, սակայն «այդ փաստաթղթերում կան որոշ բաներ, որոնք, ինչպես ռուսները գիտեն, կարող են անընդունելի լինել իրենց համար»։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Բայդենի վարչակազմի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան, փոխանցել է Axios-ը։

Ռուսաստանը հրապարակել է ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ պայմանագրի նոր առաջարկի նախագիծը, որը կբացառի դեպի արեւելք ընդլայնումը եւ ցանկացած ռազմական գործունեությունը նախկին խորհրդային հանրապետություններում:

Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան նշել է, որ հաջորդ շաբաթ ԱՄՆ-ն ավելի «կոնկրետ առաջարկներ» կներկայացնի Ռուսաստանին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ եվրոպական անվտանգության վերաբերյալ նոր համաձայնագրեր չեն լինի «առանց եվրոպացիների մասնակցության»։

Ռուսաստանի պահանջները ներառում են ԱՄՆ-ի եւ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետեւյալ իրավաբանական պարտավորությունները.

ՆԱՏՕ-ն չի ընդլայնվելու դեպի արեւելք:

Ոչ մի ռազմական համագործակցություն նախկին խորհրդային հանրապետությունների, այդ թվում՝ Ուկրաինայի եւ Արեւելյան Եվրոպայի, Հարավային Կովկասի եւ Կենտրոնական Ասիայի այլ երկրների հետ։

Զորքերի դուրսբերում ՆԱՏՕ-ի կողմից 1997 թվականին գրավված դիրքեր՝ նախքան դրա կազմում Չեխիայի, Հունգարիայի, Լեհաստանի, Բուլղարիայի, Լիտվայի, Լատվիայի, Էստոնիայի, Ռումինիայի, Սլովակիայի, Սլովենիայի, Ալբանիայի, Խորվաթիայի, Չեռնոգորիայի եւ Հյուսիսային Մակեդոնիայի ընդգրկվելը։

Արգելվում է ՆԱՏՕ-ի տարածքից դուրս զինված ուժերի, ծանր ռմբակոծիչների, վերգետնյա ռազմանավերի կամ միջին եւ փոքր հեռահարության հրթիռների տեղակայումը։
