Ադրբեջանը միջանցքի գաղափարը առաջ մղելու համար փաստացի նոր շանտաժի է դիմել՝ փորձում է «Լաչինի միջանցքի» հարցը վերադարձնել քննարկումների փուլ։
 
Ընդ որում՝ «Լաչինի միջանցքի» հարցը սահմանված և կարգավորված է նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամ, սակայն դա, կարծես, Ադրբեջանին քիչ է հուշում։
 
Նկատենք, որ մինչ այս պահը, միջանցք ստանալու համար Ադրբեջանը քննարկման տիրույթ էր վերադարձրել Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհի հարցը՝ սպառնացել, որ միջանցքի չտրամադրման պարագայում անցակետեր կտեղակայի այդ ու Կապան-Ճակատեն ճանապարհին. վերջնարդյունքում ադրբեջանական անցակետեր տեղակայվեցին, ՀՀ-ի համար էլ ճանապարհը փակվեց։
 
Ու սա այն դեպքում, որ այդ ճանապարհի շահագործման, անվտանգության ապահովման և ՀՀ քաղաքացիների անխոչընդոտ երթևեկության վերաբերյալ 5-ամյա ժամկետով հուշագիր էր ստորագրվել։
 
Անկախ այն հանգամանքից, որ Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև տարվող բանակցությունների մեծ թվով բաղադրիչներ չեն հանրայնացվել և կուլիսային գործընթացներ են ընթանում, նույնիսկ եղած փաստերը ցույց են տալիս, որ ՀՀ-ն Արցախի հետ կապող «Լաչինի միջանցքի» թեման Ադրբեջանը բերել է օրակարգ և սպառնում է իր պահանջների չկատարման դեպքում, ճանապարհի հետ կապված կարգավորումներում, վտանգավոր փոփոխություններ իրականացնել։
 
Ադրբեջանն ուղիղ կերպով սպառնում է անցակետեր տեղակայել «Լաչինի միջանցքի» հատվածում, ինչը հղի է աղետալի հետևանքներով։
 
Դե չասեմ, թե Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններում կռացած, գլուխը ծուռ դիրք ընդունելուց բացի ինչով է զբաղված Հայաստանի իշխանությունը՝ տարբեր տհասների համար քաղաքական կարիերա ստեղծելով, տարբեր պաշտոններում տեղավորելով և պարզապես պայքարող, սկզբունքային դեմքերի գրպանները քրեական գործեր գցելով։
