Իրանը և ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ն առաջընթացի են հասել միջուկային օբյեկտների շուրջ բանակցություններում
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԻրանի ԱԳ նախարարության ներկայացուցիչ Սայիդ Խաթիբզադեն հայտարարել է, որ Ատոմային Էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության (ՄԱԳԱՏԷ) գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռաֆայել Գրոսին եւ Իրանի ատոմային Էներգիայի կազմակերպության (ԻԱԷԿ) ղեկավար Մոհամադ Էսլամին առաջընթացի են հասել շարունակվող քննարկումների ընթացքում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հաղորդել է Press TV հեռուստաալիքը:
Ավելի վաղ Գրոսին հայտարարել է, որ ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ն ձգտում Է Իրանի հետ համաձայնության հասնել իրանական Քարաջում Իրանի ատոմային Էներգիայի կազմակերպության (ԻԱԷԿ) օբյեկտում խցիկների վերատեղակայման շուրջ: Նա նաեւ նշել Է, որ Թեհրանը պետք Է պարզաբանի մի շարք հարցեր, ներառյալ չհայտարարված վայրերում միջուկային նյութերի առկայությունը: Հեռուստաալիքի տվյալների համաձայն, Խաթիբզադեն հայտնել Է, որ կրճատվել են մի շարք այնպիսի հարցերի շուրջ տարաձայնությունները, որոնք փոխադարձ հետաքրքրություն են ներկայացնում: Ներկայացուցիչը չի բացահայտել քննարկումների եւ պայմանավորվածությունների մանրամասները:
2019 թվականի նոյեմբերին հայտնի Է դարձել, որ ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի ներկայացուցիչներն Իրանի օբյեկտում հայտնաբերել են անտրոպոգեն ծագման բնական ուրանի մասնիկներ, որի մասին ավելի վաղ չի հաղորդվել: Այս տարվա մարտի սկզբին ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենը հայտարարել Է, որ դա պարզորոշ մատնանշում է, որ այնտեղ գտնվել են միջուկային նյութեր, բայց Թեհրանը 1,5 տարի անց դեռեւս չի բացատրել օբյեկտում այդ մասնիկների առկայությունը: Ապրիլին ՄԱԳԱՏԷ-ն եւ Իրանը ձեռնամուխ են եղել Թեհրանի կողմից չհայտարարված օբյեկտում ուրանի մասնիկների հայտնաբերման շուրջ տեխնիկական փորձագետների մակարդակով բանակցություններին: 2015 թվականին «վեցյակը (Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Գերմանիա, Չինաստան, Ռուսաստան, ԱՄՆ, Ֆրանիսա) եւ Իրանը հայտարարել են Գործողությունների համատեղ համափարփակ ծրագրի (ԳՀՀԾ) ձեռքբերման մասին:
Համաձայնագիրը ենթադրում էր պատժամիջոցների վերացում՝ Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի սահմանափակման փոխարեն: Գործարքը նախնական տեսքով երեք տարվա կյանք Էլ չունեցավ. 2018 թվականի մայիսին ԱՄՆ-ը հայտարարեց միակողմանի կարգով դրանից դուրս գալու եւ Թեհրանի նկատմամբ խիստ պատժամիջոցները վերականգնելու մասին: Ի պատասխան Իրանը 2019 թվականին հայտարարեց համաձայնագրի շրջանակներում իր պարտավորությունների փուլային կրճատման մասին՝ հրաժարվելով միջուկային հետազոտությունների, ցենտրիֆուգների եւ ուրանի հարստացման մակարդակի սահմանափակումներից, հաղորդել է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
