«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
argumenti.ru–ն գրում է, որ ԱՄՆ-ը մտադիր է գումար ծախսել Կովկասում տրանսպորտային և ճանապարհային ցանցի բարելավման համար։ Կոնկրետ դա վերաբերում է Վրաստանին և Հայաստանին։ Առաջարկվող մայրուղու բարեկարգման ծրագրի արժեքը ներկայումս գնահատվում է 45 միլիոն դոլար: Այդ ակցիան ամենևին էլ բարեգործություն կամ օգնություն չէ վերոնշյալ հանրապետություններին։ Դա թելադրված է ռազմական անհրաժեշտությամբ։ Կարծես թե այդ պետությունները որոշել են լրջորեն իրական սպառնալիք ստեղծել Ռուսաստանի համար կովկասյան ռազմավարական ուղղությամբ։
Նշվում է, որ ներդրումներ չեն կատարվի մասնավոր կոմերցիոն կառույցների կողմից, Վաշինգտոնը մտադիր է իր դաշնային բյուջեի հաշվին ճանապարհներ կառուցել Վրաստանում և Հայաստանում։ Կասկած կա, որ թաքնված ռազմական ֆինանսական հատվածից են գումար վերցնելու, իսկ կապալառուների դերում կարող են ներգրավել ամերիկյան ռազմաինժեներական ստորաբաժանումներին։ Դե, Վրաստանի հետ ամեն ինչ քիչ թե շատ պարզ է։ ԱՄՆ-ն այդ երկիրը համարում է իր հուսալի արբանյակը։ Բացի այդ, Թբիլիսին կաշվից դուրս է գալիս ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու համար, և իմաստ կա այն բանում, որ ԱՄՆ-ն, իր շահերից ելնելով, ստեղծի տրանսպորտային համակարգ այնտեղ, որտեղ ամերիկյան բանակը ստիպված կլինի կռվել։
Իսկ ահա Հայաստանի դեպքում արժե շատ լուրջ մտածել։ Այդ երկիրը ՀԱՊԿ անդամ է, այսինքն՝ Ռուսաստանի ռազմական դաշնակիցն է և նրա տարածքում կա ռուսական ռազմաբազա։ Այնուամենայնիվ, վերջին մի քանի տարիներին երկրում աճել են հակառուսական տրամադրությունները, և, այսպես կոչված, օտարերկրյա տեղեկատվական գործակալներն են շատացել, որոնք քարոզչություն են իրականացնում ժողովրդի մեջ՝ ուղղված Արևմուտքի ազդեցության ուժեղացմանը և Մոսկվայի դիրքերի թուլացմանը։
Երկրի ճանապարհային համակարգում ներդրումներ կատարելու ԱՄՆ–ի որոշումը վկայում է այն մասին, որ Վաշինգտոնն ակնկալում է այդ երկիրը ևս դարձնել նույն հավատարիմ գործընկերը, ինչպիսին այժմ Վրաստանն է: Այլ տարբերակ պարզապես չկա։
